Domestic circuit events [2026] City festival list

The popular circuit festival Mihatodai, held in Osaka’s Minami district, will be taking place in Tokyo again this year. Each year it features a large number of performers, and with nine venues on the schedule, this famous Kansai circuit event is finally becoming firmly established in the Kanto region as well.

Held under the concept of “Encounters and Inspiration that Connect to the Future,” this event uses green electricity—that is, power generated with low environmental impact from sources like wind, solar, and biomass. Hosting it with sustainable energy is a wonderful initiative that aligns perfectly with the concept.

This is an idol event jointly organized by the live event @JAM, which continues to promote pop culture, and TV Asahi’s Roppongi Idol Festival. Set in Shinjuku’s Kabukicho, idols will gather for an urban circuit-style festival. Don’t miss the performances by a carefully selected lineup of top artists, who will showcase the culture of Reiwa-era idols from here. Rennon Sound Carnival is a circuit-style event held throughout Kichijoji. Over 30 artists will perform live across six venues set up in Kichijoji. Since it’s a circuit event, attendees move between venues to catch their favorite acts, but one of the charms of this format is stumbling into a venue on a whim and unexpectedly falling in love with a new, unknown artist’s live performance.

Yatsui Ichirō of the comedy duo Eleki Comic is also known for his work as a rock DJ, actively engaging in the music industry by releasing compilation albums and more. This is an event he hosts. Rather than being a club music event, it’s a crossover-style event that incorporates a wide range of music.
