Hit and popular songs by E-girls
Let me introduce some songs by E-girls, a group active as the “little sisters” of EXILE.
E-girls is a female entertainment collective composed of the teams Dream, Happiness, and Flower.
As mentioned at the outset, because they’re considered EXILE’s sister group, they aim for true entertainment through singing and dancing, and reportedly do not operate as idols.
Reflecting that philosophy, E-girls has sub-groups, Rabbits and Bunnies, and beneath them is a dance school called EXPG.
From this dance school, members can join Rabbits or Bunnies, and if they build up their skills, they can be promoted to E-girls; promotions and demotions are said to occur regularly.
Behind their high-quality entertainment lies this rigorous, merit-based system of working one’s way up.

E-girls’ Classic and Popular Songs (41–50)
I’m home!E-girls

It’s a song about friends who parted ways after graduating and reunite to look back on the past.
The familiar idol theme of graduation is given a fresh twist by a mid-tempo track woven with acoustic guitar and strings.
E-girls’ classic and popular songs (51–60)
a single petalE-girls

It’s a love song depicting the romantic dynamics between a man and a woman.
For E-girls, it’s a rare ballad that puts bittersweet emotions into the lyrics.
Perhaps many people came to love them because of this different side.
If you carefully unravel it line by line and take in the lyrics, you’re overcome by a tight, aching sense of heartbreak.
spin spinE-girls

This is the seventh single, released on November 20, 2013.
It’s a song with an uplifting message that no matter what happens, the world keeps turning, so we might as well live life with a smile.
Don’t miss the dance moves that will make you want to imitate them!
Heavy rotationE-girls

This is a cover of “Heavy Rotation,” released in 2010 and a major hit that represents the early AKB48 era.
Junichi Kawamoto of the comedy duo Jicho Kacho joins in on tambourine.
They perform a dance arranged from AKB’s choreography, delivering it with incredible sharpness and energy.
Sail out! ~Sail Out For Someone~E-girls

This is a newly recorded song included on the best-of album “E.G.
SMILE -E-girls BEST.” It’s a support song for the future, singing that thanks to your presence, we can sail forward across the vast ocean without losing our way.
A highly recommended track to listen to during graduation season!
The North Wind and the SunE-girls

This is the 20th single, released in 2017.
It’s a song that portrays the courage to overcome adversity—no matter how strongly the wind blows, you want to keep moving forward with a heart as bright and warm as the sun.
The track has a very refreshing and pleasant atmosphere.
Light of Hope: Believing in MiraclesE-girls

It’s a rare ballad for E-girls, but as EXILE’s sister group, they manage to express a powerful yet heartrending vocal performance very well.
The backing music is also excellent, and I thought it could work as a graduation song, similar to EXILE’s track “Michi (Road).”
