This commercial highlights ENEOS as a familiar, approachable presence through an oil-change interaction between a staff member and a customer.
In the spot, staff member Yo Oizumi is asked by customer Haruna Kawaguchi to perform an oil change, and the way the staff thoroughly understands the car’s condition conveys a sense of reassurance.
The relaxed exchange about their love for cars also reinforces the feeling that ENEOS is by your side.
The BGM is an original track, and its calm sound evokes a sense of relaxation.

This commercial uses a staff-and-customer mini-drama to show that ENEOS makes it easy to get your car coated.
Yo Oizumi plays a staff member who suggests a coating to customer Haruna Kawaguchi, while also introducing other services you can try casually.
There’s a comedic misunderstanding between coating and wrapping, with playful back-and-forth that highlights how approachable the services are.
The gentle background music reinforces the message that ENEOS fits seamlessly into everyday life.

This commercial shows how using the ENEOS app makes your usual refueling simple, while also conveying a sense of familiarity through casual interactions with the staff.
It depicts a conversation between staff member Yo Oizumi and customer Haruna Kawaguchi about their “usual,” and from there explores just how easy that “usual” can be.
The comedic flow—where Oizumi can’t help but playfully retort to Kawaguchi’s positive spin on mishaps related to her usual—also conveys a sense of safety and trust.
Together with the gentle background music, it communicates a feeling of everyday closeness and relaxation.

This is ENEOS’s “Gotta Go: Car Wash” segment, featuring Haruna Kawaguchi as a customer getting her car washed.
The scene shows her talking with Yo Oizumi, who appears as an ENEOS staff member.
Kawaguchi’s refreshing expression is striking as she says, “Not only does my car feel refreshed from the wash, but somehow my heart feels refreshed too.”
Morning Has BrokenCat Stevens

The song “Morning Has Broken,” which originated from hymn number 444 based on the Gaelic folk tune ‘Bunessan,’ became known worldwide through a cover by British singer Cat Stevens.
In Japan, it is also known by the Japanese title “Ame ni Nureta Asa” (A Morning Wet with Rain), but as noted, it was originally a hymn and is sung in Japanese as “Yo no Hajime Saganara ni.” The version used in the commercial features an original arrangement, but the 1971 release by Cat Stevens includes Rick Wakeman, who is globally renowned as the keyboardist of Yes.
Be sure to check out the original version as well, where Stevens’s folk-tinged vocal sensibility and the brilliant piano tones create a fascinating harmony.
