Ryuka Festival at the University of Marketing and Distribution Sciences in Kobe. There’s a full lineup including food stalls, classroom exhibits, stage events, and a flea market. It’s also well-known for a fireworks display at the closing night festival.

The Rokkō Festival held at Kobe University’s Rokkō Daiichi (First) Campus takes place every November. With around 40,000 visitors each year, it is one of the largest university festivals in the Kansai region.
