In addition to the food and game stalls run by various groups, a beauty pageant is also held on a grand scale. Who will be the number one student at the women’s university? The grand prize will be decided based on on-campus voting as well as votes from attendees on the day of the event.

HEART Festa at Kansai University of International Studies is held every November. The main attraction is live performances by artists, but there are also plenty of performances by on-campus clubs, including band shows and other acts. New Moon Festival | Kwansei Gakuin University (Nishinomiya Seiwa Campus)Sat 11/8 – Sun 11/9, Hyogo Prefecture
