Ryuka Festival at the University of Marketing and Distribution Sciences in Kobe. There’s a full lineup including food stalls, classroom exhibits, stage events, and a flea market. It’s also well-known for a fireworks display at the closing night festival.

Rokkō Festival | Kobe University (Rokkodai First Campus)Sat 11/8 – Sun 11/9, Hyogo Prefecture
The Rokkō Festival held at Kobe University’s Rokkō Daiichi (First) Campus takes place every November. With around 40,000 visitors each year, it is one of the largest university festivals in the Kansai region. In addition to exciting guest live performances, there are also more than 200 food stalls, featuring a variety of unique and unusual dishes.

HEART Festa at Kansai University of International Studies is held every November.
