Chimimoryo Festival | Kobe University of Medical FuturesHyogo Prefecture, Sat 10/25–Sun 10/26
The Bansai Festival offers plenty of typical food stalls and stage events, but its standout feature is welfare-related programs worthy of the name Kobe University of Health and Welfare. There are booths for welfare product fairs and hands-on welfare experiences, giving you the chance to try things you don’t often encounter. It’s a must-see.
