A free outdoor festival held in front of Tomakomai Station in Hokkaido! Kassei no Hi has been running since 2014. Through this music event, we aim to generate vibrancy and revitalize the downtown area around Tomakomai Station. The town center should be a symbol of the city and a source of pride.
