In the lyrics, the cherished person is likened to fireworks blooming gloriously in the night sky, while the singer likens themselves to the water’s surface quietly reflecting those fireworks, depicting a steadily growing, honest and pure emotion.
Its hauntingly nostalgic, beautiful melody evokes the wistfulness of summer’s end—an enchanting track that makes the heart flutter.
Released in August 2023, the song colored the story as an insert track for Fuji TV’s Monday 9 p.m.

Uchiage Hanabi, which begins with a wistful piano melody, is perfect for sentimental summer nights.

Set to a comfortable rap, it vividly portrays the bittersweet memories of youth.
Within it lies the mindset of a protagonist who, while immersed in reminiscence, strives to look ahead.

sodasumika

This is a song by sumika that tightens the chest with a bittersweet regret, like the end of summer.
Born from songwriter and composer Kenta Kataoka’s real-life experience, the piece overlays the frustration of a relationship that ended without saying what needed to be said onto the image of fizzing soda that pops and disappears.
The memories of ordinary days in which emotions were never even thrown at each other serve as a compelling touch that further highlights the song’s poignancy.

This song by Masaharu Fukuyama, with its gentle acoustic guitar tones, awakens nostalgic memories of summer.
It was included on the album “f,” released in April 2001, and was re-recorded in 2015 as the theme song for the insect documentary film “Being Just Like Ants.” It depicts his own boyhood riding a train to his grandmother’s house, vividly conveying everything from the dazzling sunlight to the chorus of cicadas.
