I’M ON FIRE44MAGNUM

They are a legendary hard rock band, known as the Japanese equivalent of Mötley Crüe and pioneers of Japanese metal.
They were active from the late 1970s through the 1980s.
With their teased blond hair and revealing, glamorous fashion, they had a strong influence on the later Visual Kei movement.
The Stronger, The Further You’ll BeFear, and Loathing in Las Vegas

They are a post-hardcore band from Kobe.
In addition to the heavy arrangements characteristic of hardcore, their memorable electronic sounds stand out, and they are sometimes described as “Pikorimo,” a blend of “piko-piko” bleeps and screamo.
Although there was shocking news on January 12, 2019, when their former bassist Kei passed away from acute heart failure, they have continued their energetic activities in his stead.

Blind To RealityOutrage

OUTRAGE is a band formed in Nagoya in 1982.
They are classified as heavy metal that evolved from hard rock, specifically the more intense subgenre known as thrash metal.
Their sound is characterized by pounding, low-end guitar riffs and relentless bass drum patterns that seem to fill every space.
OUTRAGE made their major debut in 1988 with the album “Black Clouds,” and went on to work globally, recording and performing not only in Japan but overseas as well.
They have continued to release music regularly, and in 2022, to mark the 35th anniversary of their debut, the film “Beyond the Sky of Steel Tones” was released.
(Now I’m) Freemurasaki

The band that reigns as a pioneering presence among Okinawan rock bands is Murasaki, formed in 1970.
The Hammond organ tone that colors their songs brings to mind Deep Purple, while some tracks also center on bluesy riffs reminiscent of Led Zeppelin.
They are truly a band that inherited the classic 1970s hard rock sound.
Although they disbanded once in 1981, after several temporary reunions they officially reformed in 2000 as “NEW Murasaki.”
Angel Of WrathSABER TIGER

SABER TIGER is a heavy metal band formed in 1981 in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
Since their major-label debut in 1997, they have continued to perform actively both in Japan and overseas.
Despite several lineup changes, they have consistently captivated fans with advanced musicianship that incorporates progressive elements and with their intense live performances.
Their sound is characterized by guitar work centered around Akihito Kinoshita and the powerful vocals of Takenori Shimoyama.
In January 2018, they released OBSCURE DIVERSITY and, in the band’s 37th year, achieved their first-ever Top 10 entry on the Oricon charts.
They are recommended not only for hard rock and metal fans but also for those who appreciate technically skilled performances.
KiLLiNG MESiM

Kanagawa-ken is a four-piece reggae-punk band hailing from Shonan.
Despite their trademarks of snarling, distorted strings that verge on vicious and powerful growls, along with thrilling song structures that ebb and flow, they paradoxically deliver catchy melodies that linger—an impressive contradiction.
Their live performances, backed by exceptional musicianship and vocal ability, are nothing short of breathtaking.
They’re a band you should experience in person to feel the atmosphere they create on stage.
Queen Of The Nightaphasia

Aphasia is a hard rock band known for the beautiful vocals of Sion.
They have a strong reputation for their melodic sound.
The song in the video is included on their 2017 album Ever-lasting Blue.
