Anonymous StratagemAtsukitaketomo

Singer-songwriter Atsuki Taketomo, known for his striking rock-flavored musical style.
He has many hit tunes, but the one I especially recommend for men with higher voices is AnonyMysterious.
This isn’t just another high-pitched song; it demands power.
It prioritizes mixed voice over falsetto, and with its touches of metal, the difficulty level rises considerably—but it’s perfect for showcasing the appeal of high notes.
Give it a try.
Goodbyeofukōsu

It’s Off Course’s 17th single overall, released in December 1979.
At this point it hardly needs an introduction—it’s a massive hit best known for Kazumasa Oda’s soaring high-tone vocals.
If your voice is high and similar in timbre to Oda’s, this song can sound fantastic at karaoke.
I imagine many men admire this kind of clear, crystalline high register.
Although the song has a somewhat gentle, ballad-like feel, the chorus demands powerful singing, so be careful not to let your voice or delivery weaken—especially on the title call.
Try aiming your voice as if you’re resonating it behind your upper molars on both sides of the upper jaw; that placement can help you produce a tone rich in higher overtones, closer to Oda’s sound.
Give it a try!
Don’t Stop Loveofukōsu

Off Course’s 15th single, released in January 1979.
It has been re-released many times since, featured in numerous commercials, and covered by various artists.
At this point, it hardly needs an introduction—it’s one of the signature songs of Japanese pop music! The track fully showcases the captivating high register of vocalist Kazumasa Oda.
Although the backing track is arranged very simply, that simplicity seems to be a key factor in letting Oda’s voice shine through to listeners.
Not just this song—Off Course’s catalog and Oda’s solo works are great picks for men who are confident with high notes at karaoke, so definitely explore and try singing them.
The key tip is to sing freely without constricting your throat.
Rhapsody of Temptationgirudo

A 2014 single by the visual kei band Guild.
The band’s vocalist, RYUICHI, is actually someone I’ve directed and produced for a few times, and we’ve performed together as well—he’s a singer with incredibly strong vocal ability.
While simply being good at high notes might make it a bit challenging to sing, the song itself has a great groove and is easy to remember, so I really encourage you to give it a try.
Rather than the delicate, wispy style typical of some visual kei vocals, aim for a passionate and powerful delivery when you sing it!

Take back the love!!kurisutaru kingu

“Ai o Torimodose!!” served as the opening theme for the anime Fist of the North Star from episode 1 through 82 and became one of Crystal King’s signature songs.
Since then, multiple versions have been produced, and many artists have covered it—it’s a well-known track.
The high-tone parts of the chorus are perfect for male singers who excel at higher notes to really shine.
Blow everyone away with piercing high notes! While the original is arranged as a duet for two singers, performing it solo can also be great.
In addition to the videos introduced here, there are many other versions out there, so be sure to search around and find one that suits your taste.
Take back love!kurisutaru kingu

This was Crystal King’s 13th single overall, released in October 1984.
It was used as the opening theme for the TV series of the hugely popular anime Fist of the North Star.
Crystal King was a band known for its twin-vocal setup featuring Monsieur Yoshizaki and Masayuki Tanaka.
Tanaka, who handled the high parts, was renowned for his high-tone voice and was even nicknamed the “Japanese Robert Plant.” His powerful, uncommonly high range—unusual for a Japanese singer—is on full display in this track.
While it may be a tough song for the average person to sing simply because of the high pitch, it’s definitely one to try if you’re confident in your upper range!
Night on the Planetkuriipuhaipe

A digital single by the Japanese band CreepHyp, released on November 12, 2021.
It was chosen as the theme song for director Daigo Matsui’s film Just Remembering, which won both the Audience Award and a Special Mention at the 34th Tokyo International Film Festival.
CreepHyp’s vocalist, Seikaon Ozaki, is a wonderful singer with a high, slightly feminine voice.
You can enjoy that beautiful voice right from the beginning of this track.
I think it’s one of the best choices at karaoke for men with a similarly gentle vocal tone.
However, this song also has quite a few rap-style sections, so it’s important to really lock in the rhythm and groove when you sing it.
It’s also great as a practice piece for developing your sense of rhythm and groove.
In the fast, rap-like parts, be careful not to rush ahead of the beat.
