A photo frame made with pipe cleaners has a warm feel and makes the perfect gift.
Prepare some pipe cleaners and a clear file.
Twist and form three pipe cleaners into a bear shape, making loops as you go.
Adjust the amount of pipe cleaners, adding more if needed.
