[2026] Japanese club music. J-DANCE
Broadly speaking, there are two types of clubs in the world.
One type is a club that functions like a community for enjoying specialized music.
The other is a club that plays tracks you can dance to, above all else.
Japan has a particularly well-developed culture of the latter, and club music has consistently been popular since the 1990s.
This time, we’ve picked out the latest tracks from Japan’s club music scene.
We’ve selected from a variety of genres, including EDM and house, so we think even hardcore fans of electronic music will enjoy it.
Please relax and enjoy to the very end!

[2026] Club Music in Japan. J-DANCE (11–20)
NIGHT DANCERimase

Set to a delicate soundscape, this sensual dance track unfolds against the backdrop of the city at night.
Imase’s soothing vocals intertwine with a stylish beat and airy synthesizers, creating a captivating song that, while undeniably a dance number, also carries a touch of bittersweet emotion.
Released in August 2022, it has garnered global support, reaching 17th on a Korean music streaming chart.
The video features a world-champion dancer and showcases a dramatic storyline set in nighttime Tokyo.
It’s perfect for those who want to relive a fashionable night at a club or spend a heart-fluttering moment.
Why not craft a premium evening with someone special?
PlazmaYonezu Kenshi

It’s a track that captivates with its grand, futuristic sound.
Electronic beats intertwine with delicate melodies, and the lyrics—expressing energy that expands one’s inner strength and potential—leave a strong impression.
True to Kenshi Yonezu’s style, the multi-layered production unfolds a somewhat mystical world.
Written as the theme song for the theatrical anime “Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning-” released in January 2025, the piece carries a universal message while staying close to the anime’s story.
With a sweeping theme deeply tied to the film’s narrative and an emotional musicality in harmony, this work is recommended not only for those seeking exhilaration and Gundam fans, but also for anyone in search of music that resonates with the heart.
HigherSO-SO

SO-SO is a human beatboxer who became the first Japanese world champion at an international beatboxing competition.
“Higher” bursts with a poppy techno sound from the intro that evokes Mario, then unfolds into an ever more floating, uplifting sonic world.
His performance—masterfully wielding a loop station and vocal effects to build the entire soundscape from his own voice—is breathtaking.
Its catchy rhythms will hook and delight even those who aren’t hardcore beatbox fans!
Gear 5 feat. ACE COOL & Ralph(Prod. FOUX)OZworld

Rapper OZworld from Okinawa incorporates Okinawan traditional music as well as hardcore trap, crafting songs across a wide range of styles.
Featured on his album “SUN NO KUNI” is “Gear 5 feat.
ACE COOL & Ralph (Prod.
FOUX).” On this track, he brings in rapper ACE COOL and the young drill king Ralph, delivering a compelling mic relay.
Incidentally, the phrase in the title is thought to refer to a character from a popular anime.
Grade BCHANMINA

Let me introduce “B-kyu,” a track with an irresistibly catchy chorus.
It’s one of the songs included on Chanmina’s album Naked.
The song has gone viral on TikTok and is also known as the theme song for the dating show GIRL or LADY: I Am the Strongest.
The piece features a chorus built around repeating the title phrase, and combined with its distinctive choreography, it really sticks in your memory.
Another highlight is that Chanmina showcases a different style than usual in the music video.
white riceSUSHIBOYS

SUSHIBOYS is a hip-hop duo made up of Farmhouse and Santena.
This track, “Hakumai” (White Rice), centers on rice, tying into their group name.
The lyrics portray their admiration for the pure beauty of gleaming white rice and draw comparisons between rice and their own way of life.
Incidentally, the rice-related lyrics were supervised by Tokyo University of Agriculture.
Thanks to that, the song is crafted in a way that also sparks genuine interest in rice itself.
Their performance featuring an electric rice cooker is also a must-see.

starlight (feat. Nenne)Tsuyoshi A

Tsuyoshi A’s “starlight (feat.
Nenne)” is a track with a delightful blend of band sounds and programmed elements.
The intro starts quietly with sub-bass and electric guitar, and then—kicked off by Nenne’s high notes—the intricate programmed drums drive the song into an intense burst that’s absolutely irresistible.
There are plenty of parts with artificially processed pitch and wide stereo panning, making it a must-listen for fans of electronic music!
