Oto-yo(i) WalkSat, Apr 11 – Fukushima Prefecture

This event was launched to reinvigorate Fukushima after the Great East Japan Earthquake and the nuclear accident led to a sharp decline due to harmful rumors. Held in a hot spring resort town, it’s an event you can fully enjoy—not only music, but also hot springs, food, and sightseeing. OOPARTSSat–Sun, Apr 11–12, Gifu Prefecture

cinema staff are artists from Gifu Prefecture. The event they host every year in their hometown of Gifu is called “OOPARTS.” It’s a two-day festival with two stages—one outdoor and one indoor—running simultaneously. In addition to the stages, there’s an official bar and a food court, making it a live event where you can enjoy music along with great food and drinks. If you get tired from all the excitement, you can take a break to refresh and then dive back in, so there’s never a dull moment throughout the day. This live event is especially recommended for those who want to enjoy performances by a variety of artists at their own pace.

THE BONDS GIGANTIC TOWN MEETINGSun, 4/12, Osaka Prefecture

Jaiga is a popular summer festival held in Osaka every year. This time, it’s being held as the second installment of a spin-off event. Unlike the first installment, THE BONDS -AMAZING OSAKA-, this one takes a circuit-style format across several live houses. While preserving the signature Jaiga vibe that brings together bands from a wide range of genres like rock and pop, the spin-off’s appeal lies in offering a more intense, up-close experience of the artists’ performances.
