Spring music festival to be held in western Japan [2026]

This is the Kansai region’s first outdoor resort festival, jointly hosted by Adventure Resort MOUNTQ in Gobo City, Wakayama Prefecture, and Kansai’s largest music event, “Kansai Oto Sakaba.” With the theme “Resonance of Nature and Music,” the festival offers live performances by dance teams and top artists during the day, and from evening, participatory sessions around a bonfire to immerse attendees in sound and the forest. Performers include DOZAN11, Marc Panther, and Shinji Harada, and the event will be held in April 2026.

The Green Festival is a local festival held every spring at Midori no Kaze Park in Hisai, Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. Under the slogan “A new seasonal tradition for our town, created by everyone,” it features three main pillars: a local market, acoustic live performances, and the Candle Night “One Thought, One Light,” illuminated by 5,000 candles. In the past, artists like bird and Ann Sally have performed. In 2026, with guests including nobodyknows+, it will be held on April 25.
