Relaxing Music
It is one of the music genres close to ambient music that features natural environmental sounds such as rain, streams, and birdsong as the main elements.

Due to its distinctive atmosphere, it has few similarities with other genres.
It is often played in calm spaces such as hospitals and cafés.

Roots reggae

Reggae is a Jamaican music genre that emerged around the late 1960s as it evolved from rocksteady.
Among its styles, the early form is called roots reggae, or roots rock.
The famous Bob Marley is considered part of this roots reggae.
World music

It is a concept that encompasses various styles of music from around the world, but it is broadly used in two ways: as a collective term for musical cultures worldwide, and to mean popular music from non-Western countries.
Because it offers enjoyable ethnic sounds, it can include unfamiliar sonic blends, making it a genre with great potential going forward.
2 Tone Ska

It’s a style that began when British musicians started playing after listening to Jamaican ska in the 1970s.
Influenced by the punk and pop music popular in the UK at the time, its unique evolution came to be known as 2 Tone!
Emo core

It’s the music genre that gave rise to the word “emo”! People often just call it emo, but it originally started as what was formally called emotional hardcore.
The sound is melodious and sentimental—basically a kind of hardcore punk with an emotional, melodic edge.
war fan

Like calypso and mento, it is music from the Bahamian islands born under the influence of African American music and African music.
Although it is often discussed alongside calypso and thus not a very familiar genre, it is characterized by the use of a percussion instrument called the Goombay drum.
chanson

Many people probably know the name because Akihiro Miwa has featured it.
“Chanson” is often treated as if it were a genre of French popular songs, but in reality it’s a term used only in Japan.
Since chanson simply means “song” in French, it doesn’t refer to this kind of genre in France itself.
