Fold a pipe cleaner in half, shape the triangular cat ear, and wrap the remaining length around the base while intertwining it.
Do the same for the other ear and you’re done.

How about making a simple yet strangely addictive and fun toy called the Clingy Bug? It’s really easy to make: cut pipe cleaners into pieces about 1 centimeter long and put them into a clear plastic jar or similar container.
When you hold a magnet against the outside of the jar… the tiny pipe-cleaner pieces will swarm and stick to the magnet.

How about making a flower ring that you can create with just four pipe cleaners? Start by using three pipe cleaners.
Hold the three together, loop them from the middle to fit your finger size, and twist the remaining ends together.
Spread out the six ends you now have, and curl each one down to the base.
Take one more green pipe cleaner and wrap it around the twisted section, then curl it similarly into slightly elongated shapes at the base to form leaves.
Open up the petals and adjust the shape to finish.
