Popular comedy & manzai bits that are a hit with elementary school kids. Simple one-liner gags (71–80)
Milk from the noseTatsuo Kamon

A song by singer-songwriter Tatsuo Kamon, known for combining impactful melodies with lyrics that make you laugh out loud.
The original focused on themes like dramatic relationship blowups and embarrassing everyday blunders, but after a kids’ version was released in 2011, it became a revival hit primarily among children.
The phrase set to the opening melody of J.
S.
Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor—familiar from elementary school lessons about the “father of music”—sticks in your head intensely, and for grade-schoolers, both the lyrics and the melody are laugh-inducing.
It’s a prime example of Kamon’s masterful knack for choosing just the right phrases, and one of his signature works.
one-shot gagKawahara of Tenjikunezumi (Tenjikunezumi Kawahara)

The comedy duo Tenjikunezumi consists of the enigmatic, ultra-mysterious Kawahara and the anything-goes comedian Seshimo.
Lately, you’ve probably been seeing “Seshimo Chance!” on all kinds of TV shows.
The more dead serious he is, the funnier it somehow gets…
Their sketches are very surreal, but Kawahara’s solo gags take the surreality even further.
It’ll be interesting to see how elementary school kids react! Their best bit is the boxer and ramen noodle draining routine.
Every sketch has a slow-burn kind of humor.
Recommended for people who love acting and have strong performance skills!
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome!

Do you know the gag “Saikou! Saikou! Saikou!” by Katamari Mizukawa, the straight man of Kuuki Kaidan, the champions of King of Conte 2021? Katamari, who’s handsome and usually seems very quiet, suddenly shouts “Saikou! Saikou! Saikou!” in a loud voice, so it can really surprise people.
As his partner Mogura says, it’s a pretty rare gag, so if you’ve seen it, you’re lucky! It’s easy for anyone to imitate, so it might come in handy as a skit for year-end parties and the like.
Nooo!Tom Brown

Tom Brown is a duo whose banter—between Hiroki Nunokawa and Michio—becomes strangely addictive.
Since being selected as finalists in the 2018 M-1 Grand Prix, their popularity has surged, and they’ve been appearing on many variety and other TV shows.
Their signature gag is the very simple “Dame!” (“No!” or “Not allowed!”).
When someone makes a suggestion, they swing their arms dramatically and deliver the line while tapping the top of the head like a tsukkomi.
Try practicing it as a comeback when someone does a silly bit!
one-shot gagEgashira 2:50

Egashira 2:50 is beloved for his personality and unique comedic style.
His YouTube channel is buzzing, and he’s winning strong support even from elementary school kids.
So how about trying out some of Egashira 2:50’s gags? I especially recommend “Dōn!” and “I’ve got a word to say to you.” They have a strong impact, so they’re perfect for grabbing attention at a party or event.
Some of his gags can be a bit too intense, though, so I suggest choosing carefully.
Peekaboo gagPeekaboo-san

Hyokkori-han, who had a huge breakthrough on the 2018 “Omoshiro-so,” made even Haruka Ayase burst into laughter on the show.
His style of firing off one short gag after another is perfect for elementary school kids who want to get to the punchline quickly.
Since the basic bit is just popping his face out from unexpected places, you might not need much practice time.
How about setting up gags using items found at school—popping out from a textbook, from a chalk eraser, or from inside a vaulting box? You can also find the background music used in his skit by searching for “Hyokkori-han,” so be sure to prepare it.
It’s Saito-san.Trend Angel Saito

Trendy Angel is a duo made up of Mr.
Saito—who’s recently been showing his versatility by appearing in musicals—and Takashi, an idol-otaku.
Naturally, their championship-winning skill from the 2015 M-1 Grand Prix brings the house down wherever they go.
Their opening bit, “Hey mister, that’s trendy.” “Yup, I’m Trendy Angel,” is a rock-solid hook.
Even when you know it’s coming, you can’t help but laugh at the routine where Takashi sets him up and Saito fires back with, “Who do you think you’re talking to? I’m Saito!” The comfort of these ‘classic’ comedy beats is something elementary school kids love, too.
For the “I’m Saito” line, try swapping in your own name.
Since it’s a gag that works within a manzai-style flow, you might need a little practice to pull it off!
