Karaoke songs that are easy to sing, even for those who aren’t confident at singing, recommended for teenage girls
Recently, with the rise of high-voiced male vocalists, it’s become an even tougher world for tone-deaf women when it comes to singing.
In particular, women who can’t hit high notes are probably having quite a hard time.
Of course, vocal range matters, but even more important is whether you’re choosing the right key for yourself.
With that technical point in mind, this time I’ve selected easy-to-sing songs I’d recommend for teenage girls.

Karaoke songs (61–70) that are easy to sing even for those who aren’t confident at singing, recommended for teenage girls
You don’t listen to rock.aimyon

This is Aimyon’s third major-label single, released in August 2017.
With a simple rock arrangement produced to highlight Aimyon’s unadorned vocals and lyrical worldview, it’s turned into a very appealing song.
That said, her singing makes skillful use of vocal color and expressive techniques, so perfectly recreating it might be quite difficult—even for confident singers.
Still, if you’re just enjoying it at karaoke without overthinking it, the melody is relatively simple, and the way the words (lyrics) sit on the melody is very straightforward, so I think it’s a song that’s easy to sing even for those who aren’t strong singers.
Don’t worry too much about the original—sing it in your own way, with your own feelings.
If you’re a teenage girl, there are probably many parts of the lyrics you can relate to.
sparkling brightlyikimonogakari

This is Ikimonogakari’s seventh digital-only single, released in August 2020.
It was used as the theme song for TV Asahi’s Thursday drama “The Investigator of Unsolved Cases: Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department Document Investigation Unit,” Season 2.
It’s a very beautiful, mid-tempo, gentle track.
While Ikimonogakari is often associated with energetic songs featuring striking high vocals, a tender song like this is equally captivating.
Performing a piece like this well does require a fairly high level of vocal ability in many respects, but if you focus on enjoying it at karaoke, the melody doesn’t rise and fall too dramatically, so it’s relatively easy to sing even for those who aren’t confident singers.
It’s perfectly fine to prioritize the vibe over strict accuracy!
Solo HeavenNogizaka 46

In the past, most fans of female idols were men, but these days it’s common for women to support female idols too.
I imagine many teenage girls are fans of Nogizaka46.
For those people, I recommend Ohitorisama Tengoku (“Solo Paradise”).
It’s a song that exudes Nogizaka’s signature vibe—lively yet pure.
The vocal line is catchy, and since there aren’t many long notes or high notes, I think it’s very easy to sing.
Gold ~Until We Meet Again~Utada Hikaru

Hikaru Utada is a female singer-songwriter who has been consistently dropping hit songs since the late 1990s.
She’s widely known by people from their teens to middle age.
Among her tracks, “Gold ~Mata Au Hi Made~” is one I especially recommend for teenage girls.
It has few long sustained notes and almost no advanced vocal techniques like ad-libs, so it’s very easy to sing even for those who aren’t confident in their vocal power.
The summer you gave meieiri reo

It was released in 2015 as Leo Ieiri’s tenth single.
The song was used as the theme for Fuji TV’s Monday 9 p.m.
drama “Koinaka,” and it reached No.
6 on the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart.
A slightly bittersweet love song that matches the drama’s content, it won the Best Drama Song at the 86th The Television Drama Academy Awards.
SmileMori Nana

This is Japanese actress Nana Mori’s first single, released in July 2020.
It was also used in a commercial for Oronamin C.
The song is a cover of Hofdylan’s debut single.
With its lightly bouncing shuffle beat, it has a mellow vibe yet is easy to groove to, making it a good pick for karaoke even if you’re not confident in your singing.
Since it’s originally a cover of a male-vocal track, the vocal melody doesn’t span a wide range and doesn’t have big interval jumps, so it’s also recommended for those who struggle with high notes.
Silent majorityKeyakizaka46

The idol group Keyakizaka46’s debut single, released in April 2016.
Perhaps because it’s a song for an idol group, the melody is very simple and easy to sing, and with its upbeat tempo, even those who aren’t confident singers should be able to sing along and enjoy it without any trouble.
Still, the fact that it’s crafted to be genuinely enjoyable as a song while showcasing the group’s charm makes you want to say, “That’s professional work!” Of course, when you sing it at karaoke, don’t overthink it—just have fun!
