The title track of the 1992 album Smile.
From the mid-90s onward, this song started being performed live more frequently.
The lyrics are very positive, and the song combines dynamism and strength that can turn listeners’ faces into smiles.
NadeshikoTUBE
A track from the first album released in 19 years, Winter Letter.
For this album, the songs were created with a thorough focus on a wintry Christmas.
It captures the moment when love begins.
I believe it’s a song that will continue to be sung across generations.
Paradiso ~Labyrinth of Love~TUBE
A song characterized by passionate Latin sounds and TUBE’s signature catchy melodies.
Released in July 2008, it’s also included on the album of the same name, Paradiso.
With support musicians such as Kosuke Oshima and Masaaki Tamaki, the track boasts a vibrant, lavish sound.
The song portrays the aching emotions of wandering through a maze of love.
The way it captures a heart toyed with by the whims of fate, and the longing to hold someone even when you know it can’t come true, really resonates.

Surely, somewhere…TUBE
It was released in 1998 as TUBE’s 28th single.
The song evokes themes of meeting and parting, and it was used as the theme song for the Fuji TV drama “Sekai de Ichiban Papa ga Suki” (I Love My Dad the Most in the World).
Although TUBE is known for many “summer” songs, this track drew attention for not conveying any sense of summer at all.
With this song, they performed at the 49th NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen (Red and White Song Festival).
TONIGHTTUBE
This song was released as the autumn installment of the spring–summer–autumn–winter singles, which were issued four times during TUBE’s 30th anniversary project year.
It’s their first single in about four months since the previous release, “SUMMER TIME.” The music video has also been drawing attention; the spring, summer, autumn, and winter videos are presented in a drama format, and you can enjoy the evolving romance between cast members Mayu Matsuoka and Motoki Ochiai.
Everyone’s SeaTUBE
This is a heartwarming song by TUBE released in June 2006.
It was also featured on NHK’s “Minna no Uta” during June–July 2006, so it’s likely still popular among those who were in elementary school at the time.
It’s a song I can recommend for children as well.
lighthouseTUBE
Released as the winter installment of TUBE’s four seasonal singles issued during their 30th anniversary project year.
While TUBE is best known for their upbeat image, this is a heartfelt ballad delivered with poise and emotion.
I believe it’s a song worthy of their 30th anniversary.
