Halloween Jumbo / Lottery Points: ‘Big Brother Jumbo – The Third Son’s Idea’ EditionMio Imada, Riho Yoshioka, Satoshi Tsumabuki, Ryo Narita, Yuma Yamoto

This is the commercial “Jumbo Big Brother: The Third Son’s Idea” for the Halloween-season lottery, the Halloween Jumbo Lottery.
These days, lots of stores have point systems, so third son Yuma Yamoto pipes up that lotteries should do the same! He proposes to the family—using drawings on construction paper—that if you buy lottery tickets, you earn points, and then you can use those points to buy more tickets.
Everyone praises him, but the second daughter alone watches calmly and suddenly, in a slightly snippy tone, says, “That already exists, though.” And in the end, she even roasts the third son’s drawings… which, to be fair, are the kind that make you want to say something.
Year-end Jumbo Lottery: ‘Big Brother Jumbo – Torn Between the Internet and Tradition’ VersionMio Imada, Riho Yoshioka, Satoshi Tsumabuki, Ryo Narita, Yuma Yamoto

This is the “Struggling with the Internet” installment of the lottery commercial series “Jumbo Big Brother,” featuring Satoshi Tsumabuki as the eldest son alongside a star-studded cast.
Everyone keeps chanting that you can buy lottery tickets online, when suddenly the eldest daughter, Riho Yoshioka, bursts into tears.
When they ask what’s wrong, she says she feels sorry for Kuu-chan at the storefront.
Kuu-chan is the lottery’s mascot character, a whale named Kuu-chan.
Aside from the cool-headed second daughter, Mio Imada, everyone starts crying.
Their conclusion? “Let’s buy at the store and online!” The ad ends with a deadpan remark from Imada, clearly exasperated.
Kuu-chan really is cute, though (lol).
Year-end Jumbo Lottery: ‘Big Bro Jumbo – 1 Billion Yen Imagination Training’ VersionMio Imada, Riho Yoshioka, Satoshi Tsumabuki, Ryo Narita, Yuma Yamoto

This is the much-talked-about, always comical and fun lottery commercial, “Jumbo Big Brother: 1-Billion-Yen Imagination Training.” It shows siblings practicing visualization of what it would be like to win 1 billion yen.
Everyone sits around the kotatsu, closes their eyes, and imagines having 1 billion yen in their hands.
Jumbo Big Brother urges them on, saying, “Feel the billion yen even closer!” and the excitement escalates.
Then each of them takes it even further—personifying the billion yen and fussing over it, chasing it, or cradling it however they like.
The little details are great too, like the embroidery on their clothes that reads “CHONAN” (eldest son) and “JINAN” (second son), and so on (lol).
Summer Jumbo Lottery: “Big-Bro Jumbo—Group Purchase” VersionMio Imada, Satoshi Tsumabuki, Riho Yoshioka, Ryo Narita, Yuma Yamoto

This is the 2021 Summer Jumbo Lottery commercial, “Jumbo Big Bro: Group Purchase.” In it, Jumbo Big Bro explains that you can buy lottery tickets as a group by pooling together.
But Yuma Yamoto pipes up, “If we win 700 million yen, it won’t divide evenly among five people!” Hearing that, the siblings scream as if it’s the end of the world… Then the youngest sister, Mio Imada—always calm—deadpans in a monotone, “Actually, it does divide,” but the other siblings refuse to listen.
It’s a high-energy, laugh-out-loud commercial as always.
Jumbo Lottery: “Big Brother Jumbo – Jumbo Advisor” editionSatoshi Tsumabuki, Riho Yoshioka, Ryo Narita, Yuma Yamoto, Mio Imai, Sisonnu (Comedy duo)

Many people probably find themselves watching it because it’s always so fun.
It’s the lottery’s series of commercials featuring lively banter among the brothers, led by Satoshi Tsumabuki as “Jumbo Anii-chan.” This time, it’s a spot for the major “Year-End Jumbo Lottery,” and in addition to the brothers, the comedy duo Sissonne appears under the sketchy-sounding title of “Jumbo Advisor.” The brothers get all hyped up by the Jumbo Advisors calmly recommending a mysterious pedestal, while the women look on suspiciously.
It’s the kind of commercial that makes you think, “It’s usually the guys who get excited about stuff like this,” right? (lol)

This is the always comical and fun lottery commercial, the “Valentine Jumbo Lottery: Big Bro Practices Handing It Over” edition.
The second daughter, Mio Imada, is practicing a scenario where she gives a Valentine Jumbo Lottery ticket to a male mannequin, when the eldest son, Satoshi Tsumabuki, calls cut.
Just then, the eldest daughter, Riho Yoshioka, comes home and, saying “Think I can do it?”, decides to give it a try.
But the moment she starts, her whole demeanor shifts, exuding the aura of a true actress.
The siblings are left dumbfounded by her transformation—and the commercial perfectly conveys that feeling.
