[Funny] Mean! 10-Time Quiz: Questions Collection (1–10)

Momotaro

We played the game 10 times with three people and burst into hysterical laughter lol
Momotaro

This is another famous problem that’s been around for a long time.

The charm of the 10-times quiz is that even though it’s a classic, people can’t help getting tripped up and excited.

For example, after saying “Say ‘momo’ (peach) 10 times,” the question is, “What is the thing that flows from a river?” Because you’ve just said “momo” ten times, you start thinking of “Momotaro,” and you end up answering “Momotaro” without thinking.

The correct answer is “water.” It’s a bit mean-spirited, but it really gets people going! YouTuber Skaipii-su (Ska Peace) has uploaded this kind of quiz to video platforms too—YouTubers really love the 10-times quiz!

Tokyo Coffee

[Huge Trend] We burst out laughing at an unexpected, hilarious answer in the 10-times quiz game lol
Tokyo Coffee

Here’s a famous “say it 10 times” quiz question—Fischer’s, a popular YouTuber group, has also uploaded a video about it.

First, you ask the other person, “Say ‘Tokyo coffee’ 10 times.” Then the question is: “What do you call it when you skip school?” Without hesitation, they’ll answer “tōkō kyohi” (school refusal).

But of course, skipping school is “kesseki” (absence).

The phrase “Tokyo coffee” pulls them toward saying “tōkō kyohi.” Since “Tokyo coffee” is a bit tricky to pronounce, getting them to say it quickly 10 times is the key to the trick.

It’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

hippopotamus

[Ab-crunching funny] Did a 10-times quiz and my lack of vocabulary had me dying lol
hippopotamus

First, you ask them to say “hippo” ten times.

Then the question is: “What does a hippo become when it stands on its head?” Because we’ve all grown up hearing “If you read ‘kaba’ backwards, it becomes ‘baka’ (idiot),” it sticks in your head and you end up answering “baka” without thinking.

But the correct answer is that even if a hippo stands on its head, it’s still a hippo.

It’s a bit of a trick question, isn’t it? The popular YouTubers 48 (Four Eight) also got super hyped over this question.

I wonder if many of you have seen that video?

dance

The 10-times quiz is something that adults with rigid thinking are especially likely to get tripped up by! It’s annoying when you fall for it, but it feels great when you solve it—here’s a tricky one to try: “Say ‘dance’ 10 times… Where do you put away your futon?” If you answered “dresser/wardrobe” (tansu), your mental gears might not be turning fast enough! It’s a problem that even adults can figure out if they think carefully, so if you got caught and feel frustrated, loosen up your thinking and try some other questions too.

It’s also effective as brain training for seniors, so it’s recommended for use at home or as a recreation activity in senior facilities.

[10-times Quiz] Hilarious wrong answers explode!! Is there anyone who won’t get tricked...?!
loin

The “ten times quiz” is something everyone must have played at least once as a kid.

Here’s a tricky question that produces lots of hilarious wrong answers: “Say ‘roast’ ten times… Now, what is Santa riding on?” If you get led astray by saying “roast,” you’ll end up with a ridiculous answer! Just imagining it makes you grin, doesn’t it? Once you hear the correct answer, you can’t help but agree.

Even if you fall for it, just tell yourself it means you’re pure-hearted—try not to get mad even if it’s a bit frustrating (lol).

This question works great for Christmas parties too, so feel free to use it as a reference!

Hand of God

[Revenge] I did the 10-times quiz again and fell for it way too many times lol
Hand of God

The great thing about the “say it 10 times” quiz is that you can enjoy it anytime, anywhere, with anyone! If you brace yourself so you won’t get tricked, you’ll end up falling for it spectacularly.

“Say ‘God’s hand’ 10 times…

What’s inside your head?” It’s a question designed to make you answer “hair” because you’re led by “God’s hand” (kami no te) to “hair” (kami).

Since “what’s inside your head” is vague, you might get a flood of hilarious answers! Enjoying those unusual answers is one of the ways the 10-times quiz gets lively.

As we head into a season full of events, try it out with your family and friends.

Don't get swept away by the times! The “10 Times Quiz”
that

Introducing a brand-new kind of “say-it-10-times” quiz like no other! The questions mix in English and are more like trick questions than tough ones, so watch out (lol).

“Say ‘that’ ten times…

now say: ‘This is a pen.’” For some reason, getting primed by “that” makes you translate it into English.

If you think about it, there’s no need to translate at all…

That’s exactly why these quirky questions are so frustrating when you can’t answer them! And it’s super embarrassing because you end up boldly answering in English.

One of the best things about 10-times quizzes is that they draw out unexpected answers, so even adults can enjoy them plenty!
