Here’s a ball-fishing game that helps build both concentration and body awareness.
Wrap transparent tape around the tip of a pool noodle with the sticky side facing outward.
Use the sticky tip to pick up scattered colored balls one by one.
It can be fun to set a time limit and see who can collect the most balls the fastest.
If the pool noodle is too long, cut it to match the child’s height to make it easier to use.

Ball shower

Cut the pool noodle in half lengthwise, form it into a ring, and attach the laundry bag to the inside using the pipe cleaners.
Thread the pipe cleaners through the holes of the net and fix it all the way around.
Cut the net where the balls will go in, and the goal is complete.
After you toss the balls in, open the zipper and the balls will pour out from inside like a shower.

Circle-Triangle-Square Game

Let me introduce a circle-triangle-square game that makes outdoor play even more fun.
Draw circles, triangles, and squares on the ground.
The leader calls out a shape, and the other children run to that shape and get inside it before the leader can tag them.
It’s also fun to place colored cones inside the shapes and have the children run to the shape or color that’s called or associated.
With a bit of creativity, the game can be expanded in many ways.

Color ball play

Play with colorful balls that children love is so appealing.
When you dump the balls out of the box all at once to make a wave of balls, the kids are thrilled by the movement of the colorful balls.
Using color balls sparks interest in colors and, by tracking them with their eyes, also helps develop eye movement.
Grasping, holding, and throwing the balls stimulates fine motor skills and arm movements.
Counting the color balls out loud together—how many there are—also creates a great opportunity to learn numbers.
mat exercises

We’d like to introduce fun mat exercises that get kids moving using a mat.
Lie on the mat, stretch out your arms and legs, bring your hands together and reach forward as you roll.
By rolling across the mat under your own power, you practice moving while maintaining full-body balance.
The hands-and-knees (all-fours) movement involves supporting posture while moving arms and legs alternately, making it perfect for engaging the whole body.
If that’s difficult, starting with simpler movements like crawling might be a good idea.
For safety, let’s have multiple teachers supervise while the children enjoy these activities.

Let me introduce a mole-themed nursery rhyme game that friends or parents and children can enjoy together.
Everyone forms a circle and holds hands.
One person sits in the center as the mole.
When everyone calls out, “Mole, wake up!” the mole answers, “Okay!” and wakes up.
At the same moment, the people around should try to run away so they don’t get caught by the mole.

The rules are simple: first, each person takes a sheet of tissue paper and holds it.
Next, raise your hand above your head, drop the tissue, and compete to see how many times you can clap before it falls.
You’ll stretch your body to drop it from as high as possible and move quickly to pick it up, so it becomes a full-body exercise.
