Crepe roll wall decoration
@irodoriyoshiten <Graduation from Preschool / Enrollment Decorations> This time we used crepe paper rolls, but there are plenty of other items in the 100-yen shop party section that can be used for room decorations! (The crepe paper rolls from Seria introduced this time are still in stock at some stores, but they seem to be discontinued, so they may be sold out 🙇♀️) ▷ To purchase crafting items, search for “Irodori Yoshi-ten” on minne / BASE, or use the link on @irodoriyoshiten.#Nursery school #Kindergarten Children's center After-school club Childcare Plaza support center After-school day service #Wall Creation wall display creation graduation ceremony (for kindergarten/preschool) Entrance Ceremony #RoomDecor

Here are some decoration ideas using crepe rolls—items made of crepe paper rolled up.
First, prepare crepe rolls in your favorite colors and cut them to a suitable length.
Fold back about 5 cm on one end and staple it.
Make several of these, then thread the folded ends onto a string, line them up horizontally, and hang them on the wall.
Add decorations on top, such as the letters for “Congratulations” or flower pieces.
Combining them with other paper items like garlands and paper fans will make the display even more festive.
Weeping cherry blossom arch

Here is an arch of weeping cherry blossoms that you can make using only origami paper and bubble wrap (packing material).
Just set it up at your entrance or room doorway to create a gorgeous, festive look.
The main arch is made simply by rolling up the bubble wrap, but it also looks cute hanging directly from the top of an entrance or window.
First, make one cherry blossom to use as a template.
Once that’s done, connect sheets of origami with double-sided tape to create a continuous chain of blossoms.
After connecting them, place half of the template blossom on top and cut along it to finish.
Torn-paper cherry blossoms
Let me introduce a torn-paper collage of cherry blossoms that captures the warm feeling of spring.
Get your materials ready: origami paper, construction paper, colored pencils, scissors, glue, and double-sided tape.
First, make a draft, cut out the cherry blossoms, and start sticking torn pieces of origami onto them.
The key is to place the pieces so there are no gaps.
If you glue cherry blossom-shaped origami cutouts on top of the collage, it might create a more three-dimensional look.
Once you attach the cherry blossom trunk, it’s complete! Cutting additional origami into cherry blossom shapes and decorating around it will make it even more vibrant.
Motifs of butterflies and flowers
These are fluffy butterfly and flower wall decorations! Stack several sheets of tissue paper and accordion-fold them.
Open once, then fold in half so the fold runs perpendicular to the crease lines.
Cut into a butterfly shape, open again, accordion-fold once more, and secure the center with a chenille stem (pipe cleaner).
Leave the ends of the stem a bit long to form the antennae.
Curl and neaten the ends, then gently fluff and shape the tissue paper—your butterfly will look ready to flutter into the sky.
Decorate your wall brightly by displaying them together with spring flowers like tulips made from origami.
Colorful butterfly
Three-dimensional, vibrant butterflies capture children’s interest! Here are some colorful butterfly ideas.
Decorating the classroom walls can stimulate children’s creativity and deepen their curiosity for learning as they explore colors and shapes.
Seasonal motif decorations are also a great opportunity to convey a sense of the seasons and the unique scenery they bring.
This time, let’s use construction paper and tissue paper to make colorful, festive butterflies.
Using a craft punch will enhance the charm of the creations even more!

Tulips and animals
A wall decoration bursting with springtime charm that combines animals eagerly awaiting spring with tulips, the symbol of the season.
Adding eyes and mouths to the tulip and animal motifs enhances the sense of unity and doubles the cuteness! You might even get requests from the children like, “What about a kitty? Where’s the elephant?” Spring is also a season when many children feel anxious due to entering a new school or moving up a grade.
Adorable, cheerful wall décor can help create a calming, comforting space.
Tulip Train
Let me introduce the Tulip Train, where spring tulips transform into a train.
Get construction paper, origami paper, crayons, scissors, and glue, and let’s get crafting.
First, cut the construction paper into tulip shapes to make the base.
Then glue pieces of origami paper onto the tulips.
Cut out leaves, wheels, and animals, and attach each part to the tulip.
When you connect the tulip trains the children made, you might see each one showing a different expression of the train.
