Tomochika 890, who performs as a calligraphy singer doing calligraphy while singing, is from Imabari City in Ehime Prefecture.
He released “Start Line” as his third single, and the title track has been used as the commercial song for the wedding venue Marriyell Imabari/Saijo.

Kimi to Band, a highly skilled girls’ band from Ehime Prefecture, is gaining attention for its unique sound that fuses pop rock and alternative rock.
Formed in March 2020, they have been active energetically, including successfully completing a tour of all 47 prefectures.
In August 2022, they achieved a solo show at Zepp Haneda in record time for an indie band.
The group features a distinctive lineup: Mai Ohno, known as Japan’s most beautiful drummer; Rio Kiyohara, formerly of “Last Idol”; accomplished singer-songwriter Risako Morita; and bassist YUKI.
Through their albums “Kimi to Band no 1” and “kimiban,” they have established a unique world with powerful sound and delicate vocals.

DiamondsShirahama Alan (GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE)
Alan Shirahama, a member of GENERATIONS from EXILE TRIBE who is also active as an actor, reportedly became interested in dance after seeing a performance by J Soul Brothers in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture.
At 16, he took part in the first Gekidan EXILE audition and won a spot in the Gekidan EXILE Kaze-gumi.
However, he left the troupe at 19 and pursued the path of a dancer, which brings him to where he is today.
He is also active as a DJ.
Whether as a dancer, actor, or DJ, you can’t take your eyes off his activities.
Memories of a Summer DayHino Teruko
Teruko Hino, who was active as a singer, was from Matsuyama City in Ehime Prefecture.
“Summer Day Memories” is her signature song and became a million-seller with over one million copies sold.
She appeared in the NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen for three consecutive years, and “Summer Day Memories” was performed at the 16th edition.

Tsuyoshi Kusanagi, a former member of the nationally beloved idol group SMAP.
He joined a talent agency in his first year of junior high school and soon after made his debut as a member of SMAP.
While working as part of the group, he continued to expand his activities, appearing on variety shows and moving into acting.
In 2017, after leaving the agency, he formed “Atarashii Chizu” (New Map).

The members of Hime Kyun Fruit Can, a local idol group from Ehime Prefecture, are all from Ehime.
They released their indie debut single, “The Law of Conservation of Love Energy,” and the title track has been used in commercials, including Otsuka Pharmaceutical’s Pocari Sweat.
Let’s go all out!Shiraishi Minoru
Minoru Shiraishi, who works as a voice actor and singer-songwriter, is from Shikokuchuo City in Ehime Prefecture.
He has released his first mini-album, “Dashichaimashita,” and the track “Gachi de Ikouze!” included on it was used as the opening theme for his radio show “Minoru Shiraishi’s Gachi Muchi Radio” starting from episode 9.
