Kiyoshi Taguchi, who was active as a singer-songwriter, is from Fukushima Prefecture.
He formed the folk rock band Neko with Osamu Uchiyama, and after Neko disbanded he continued as a solo singer.
“Kakueki Teisha,” released by Neko in 1974, was a hit and is one of their signature songs.
Shining TearsHoshi Souichirou
Sōichirō Hoshi, who works as a voice actor and singer, is from Aizuwakamatsu City in Fukushima Prefecture.
His second single, “Shining Tears,” has sold a total of 40,000 copies, making it his biggest hit single.
The title track was used as the opening theme for the PlayStation 2 game “Shining Tears Cross Wind,” in which he voiced the main character.
The Moon and the SunKominato Miwa

Miwa Kominato, a member of Taiyō to Ciscomoon, is from Sukagawa City in Fukushima Prefecture.
The group was formed by four people who passed the “Tsunku-Produced New Celebrity Unit Audition” held on TV Tokyo’s ASAYAN.
This song was released in 1999 as their debut single and was used in a commercial for Daini Denden (DDI Pocket).
