N' Shukugawa BOYS

N’ Shukugawa BOYS is a rock band formed by artists active mainly in Hyogo Prefecture.

They are said to have formed under the Tower of the Sun.

In 2015, they announced an indefinite hiatus.

This track—with its addictive blend of noisy guitars and lo-fi processed vocals—is included on their 2010 album LOVE SONG.

A powerful pop girls’ band based in Takatsuki, Osaka, that is expanding its activities beyond the Kansai region.

They perfectly embody the image of energetic girls, with pop, catchy melodies that make you want to hum along.

yellow yellow happyPocket Biscuits

Chiaki, the vocalist of Pocket Biscuits, is also from Kyoto Prefecture.

“Yellow Yellow Happy” was released in 1996, and both the composition and production of the song were handled by Bakufu Slump’s Pappara Kawai.

Although its peak on the Oricon chart was No.

4, it became a million-seller thanks to its long-running popularity.

KISAKI, who played bass in the visual kei rock band Phantasmagoria, is from Kainan City in Wakayama Prefecture.

Phantasmagoria was formed in 2004 with KISAKI at its center.

“Kami Uta” was released as their final single and reached No.

1 on the Oricon Indies chart.

Song of LovePsycho le Cému

Except for the bassist seek, Psycho le Cému is from Himeji City in Hyogo Prefecture.

The band was also formed in Himeji, Hyogo.

Rather than calling them a visual kei band, it might be more accurate to say they’re a full-on cosplay band.

They once went on hiatus, but they have since resumed activities.

Transparent wordsQB and planets

QB and planets, a rock band that unfortunately disbanded in 2020.

Since forming in 2016, they were highly active and proved their talent by reaching the finals of the 2017 Mikakunin Festival.

Led by Satsuki on guitar and vocals, their beautiful vocals are a key weapon, paired with alluring, tricky, and heart-pounding song developments and lyrics that resonate on a personal level with listeners.

RINA, a member of SCANDAL, is from Nara Prefecture and is in charge of drums and vocals.

This song was released in 2008 as their major-label debut single.

It earned power-play rotation on 40 stations across FM radio, AM radio, and CS broadcasts, drawing attention to them as a cool yet cute girls’ band.
