I got so happy that I couldn’t help myself.SHE IS SUMMER

MICO’s solo project, SHE IS SUMMER.
She was the vocalist of the three-member music group Phenotas, and after the group disbanded, SHE IS SUMMER was launched.
Though the group has changed, her vocals—making the most of her pleasant, distinctive tone that’s been there since the Phenotas era—remain intact.
She lived in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture until she moved to Tokyo in middle school.
However, she says she actually began her music activities—teaching herself piano—not in Hyogo, but after she moved to Tokyo.
SOPHIA

Mitsuru Matsuoka, the vocalist of the visual kei rock band SOPHIA, is from Takasago City in Hyogo Prefecture; drummer Yoshitomo Akamatsu is from Harima Town in Kako District; and keyboardist Keiichi Miyako is from Itami City.
The song in the video, Machi (City), was used as the commercial theme song for the PlayStation game Breath of Fire III.
savage genius

Savage genius is a female vocalist project launched by takumi.
They mainly worked on anime songs.
After several lineup changes, the members became just Aa and takumi.
In 2007, takumi left, turning it into Aa’s solo project.
Both Aa and takumi are from Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture.
Love Magic PotionShima-chang

Slimcat

Slimcat is a rock ’n’ roll band from Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Formed in 2014 at Kwansei Gakuin University around guitarist-vocalist Satoru Ogawa, they released their first mini-album, “American Youth,” in 2017.
Perhaps their funky style is influenced by Ogawa, the vocalist, who grew up overseas? It’s a rock number that evokes a refreshing early-summer breeze.
At least for today.TETORA

TETORA is a three-piece girls band made up of members from Kyoto and Osaka.
With the raw energy they unleash at live houses and lyrics that are almost painfully relatable, they quickly became popular among live-music kids.
Their three-piece sound is emotional, and vocalist Ueno’s slightly husky, fragile-sounding voice—paired with a delivery that grabs you by the collar—captures listeners’ hearts and doesn’t let go.
Be sure to experience their overwhelming live performance in person!
