Seeing a Christmas tree makes you feel excited, doesn’t it? This craft is a Christmas tree made with fluffy, three-dimensional puffs.
First, use the 3D puffs to add color to construction paper.
Using about three colors is recommended—it creates a variety of hues and makes the tree look like it’s shining.
After cutting it into the shape of a tree, make decorations like presents and candies using pipe cleaners and construction paper.
If you use sparkly pipe cleaners, they add a glamorous accent and look super cute.
Finally, stamp on some snow with a cotton swab, and your perfect Christmas tree is complete!
Christmas wreath made from a paper plate

Let’s make a sparkly, cute wreath using a paper plate.
First, cut a circular hole out of the center of the plate and paint it green.
Attach a silver tinsel pipe cleaner around the inner ring using double-sided tape.
Decorate with die-cut snowflakes and red dot stickers.
Finally, punch a hole at the top, thread a pipe cleaner through to form a loop, and tie a red ribbon to finish.
Hang it in your room to instantly make it more festive and enjoy the full Christmas mood.
You can make it with materials from the 100-yen shop, so give it a try!
Wobbling Santa made from a paper cup

A nodding Santa made from a paper cup that makes the excitement of Christmas even greater.
Since it uses simple materials, it’s perfect for a Christmas craft that 4-year-olds can enjoy! First, use an awl to make a hole in the bottom of the paper cup.
An adult should handle this step.
Next, use a pen to help thread a coiled pipe cleaner through the hole, then reinforce it with cellophane tape so the pipe cleaner stands straight up.
After that, decorate the paper cup to create Santa’s outfit, and attach a Santa face cut from construction paper to the pipe cleaner—and you’re done! When you touch Santa’s head, it gently wobbles, which is adorable and sure to delight the children.

Introducing a fun, expanding Christmas tree craft that’s perfect for sparking kids’ curiosity.
First, prepare a disposable vinyl glove and decorate it freely with stickers and permanent markers.
Don’t forget to put a star on the tip of the middle finger, which will be the top of the tree.
Next, make a hole in the bottom of a paper cup, insert a bendy straw, and secure it in place.
Finally, tape the glove over the paper cup so it covers the top, and you’re done.
Blow gently through the straw and the glove will inflate into an adorable Christmas tree.
Kids’ reactions will be priceless! It’s easy to make, so be sure to try it together with everyone.
Christmas lantern

In the run-up to Christmas, making Christmas lanterns is a great activity for 4-year-olds to enjoy.
Start by cutting plastic sheets and drawing their favorite pictures.
Next, add color using colorful cellophane and try out different combinations.
Finally, assemble the sheet into a cone shape and place an LED light inside to complete a beautiful lantern! Through this craft, children can express their creativity and experience a sense of accomplishment.
Scratch art Christmas tree

Why not try making a Christmas tree with children using a technique called scratch art? Scratch art is a type of art where you apply black over a colorful base and then scratch the surface to reveal the colors underneath.
First, color a sheet of paper with crayons in various colors.
Next, cover the entire surface with black crayon.
Then, scratch a drawing using a skewer or toothpick, and cut it into a triangle to finish! It feels different from ordinary drawing, so children may find it fresh and engaging.

Introducing an easy Christmas wreath you can make with twigs! You can even use twigs you picked up on a walk.
Why not include this as a craft activity in the lead-up to Christmas? First, arrange the twigs into a pentagon and secure the overlapping parts with pipe cleaners.
Next, wrap yarn or pipe cleaners around the branches to decorate them as you like.
Adding pinecones or ribbons will make it even more festive! Finally, tie on a string for hanging, and you’re done.
It’s a craft that lets kids showcase their individuality, so give it a try!
