Age-guessing calculation magic
It’s a magic trick where you guess someone’s age after they pick a favorite number from 1 to 9.
By adding, multiplying, and subtracting specific numbers from their chosen number, you end up with a three-digit number.
The hundreds digit will be the number they first chose, and the last two digits will be their age.
The video is the 2024 version, so you’ll need to adjust the numbers to match the year, but it’s a fun trick—be sure to learn it and show it off! Note that it doesn’t work for ages 100 and above, so keep that in mind.
Four magic tricks using numbers
In this idea, four number-based magic tricks are introduced.
The first predicts the total of numbers written by the spectator; the second produces a result that becomes your and the spectator’s numbers; the third is a calculation trick using random numbers; and the fourth solves a multiplication instantly.
These tricks work by using formulas whose answers are determined by the numbers written, and methods that combine numbers to reach the result.

The answer is always 3!? A mysterious calculation
Have the audience think of a favorite number, then follow your instructions to calculate.
First, add 1 to the number they thought of.
Next, double that result and then add 4.
After that, divide by 2, and finally subtract the original number they thought of… Did the answer come out to 3? With this curious calculation, no matter what number they start with, if they follow the steps correctly, they will always end up with 3.
Since the audience likely doesn’t know it will be 3, reveal that you had predicted the number after they get their answer to amaze them.
Magic Circle Magic
It’s a magic trick where you instantly break down a number suggested by the audience and write it out.
For example, if the number is 35, you split it into four numbers like “7, 2, 17, 9” or “12, 14, 3, 6.” Anyone can do it if they think about it, but producing it in an instant is the impressive part.
What’s more, you write out four such groups of numbers, and no matter how you add them—by rows, columns, diagonals, the four corners, or the center number—they always total 35.
To pull off this trick, you need to memorize a base set of numbers.
Conversely, once you memorize that, you can instantly break down any number they give you!
How to bend a fork to impress girls
Classic, long-standing magic tricks: spoon bending and fork bending.
When you see how easily they’re bent, you might think, “Aren’t they just using brute force?” In fact, they really are using force—but by using a fulcrum, an effort point, and a point of action.
If you apply force well at those three points, you can bend them easily with just a little strength.
Of course, you can also easily restore a bent fork to its original shape.
Once you get the knack, it’s very simple; after that, with some showmanship, you can make it look like you bent it just by blowing on it, or even bend the fine tips of a fork into a wavy shape!

Super easy rubber band magic
Prepare two rubber bands.
Loop one around your index and middle fingers, then twist and place the second rubber band over the first as if putting a lid on it.
But in an instant, the first rubber band appears to jump to the neighboring finger—like magic.
In reality, the “lid” rubber band is also twisted, so it doesn’t actually function as a lid.
It’s a simple trick you can do using only rubber bands.
Simple Magic Tricks with Everyday Items (1–10)
Magic where candy comes out of a tissue
It’s a magic trick where you crumple a tissue that should be empty—just taken from the box—and, after a little “incantation,” candy appears from inside.
You clearly show that there’s nothing in your hands, and you use a tissue taken straight from the box, which really heightens the mystery.
In reality, behind the tissue you’re about to take, there’s a pre-crumpled tissue with candy hidden inside.
As you pull out the first tissue, you also secretly bring that crumpled tissue into your hand at the same time.
The key points are the overall angles and how you move your hands so that no one realizes the crumpled tissue has been placed there.
