The Downtown Music Festival held in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture, is a community-participation music event. On numerous stages set up around town, amateur musicians from inside and outside the city perform in a variety of genres, including rock, pop, Japanese taiko, gospel, and children’s piano recitals.
