Karaoke songs that make it easy to score 100 points [for women]
With the rise of K-pop in recent years, the difficulty level of Japanese music has risen significantly.
In karaoke scoring—where pitch control is paramount, especially because melodies now tend to jump more drastically—there seem to be far fewer songs with which you can realistically aim for a perfect 100.
So this time, we’ve selected easy-to-sing tracks, focusing on recent releases, that you can target for a 100! We’ve also included concrete technique explanations from a vocal coach, so be sure to read through to the end!

Karaoke Songs That Make It Easy to Score 100 [For Women] (41–50)
Someone like you.riria.

Singer-songwriter Riria, who enjoys overwhelming support from young people with her down-to-earth lyrics.
As an artist with a clear, feminine vocal quality, many of her songs feature gentle arrangements that showcase her voice.
Among them, “Anta Nante.” is especially characterized by its calm melody.
While the song gives a sense of height, its overall vocal range isn’t very wide, and the rhythm is relaxed, making it comfortable to sing.
It feels like a classic J-pop acoustic ballad, so the vocal lines should also feel familiar.
pedestrian overpassNogizaka 46

Among the Sakamichi idol groups, Nogizaka46 is known for having an especially large number of catchy songs.
Many young women may count themselves among their fans.
Among Nogizaka46’s tracks, the one I particularly recommend is Hodokyo (Pedestrian Bridge).
It features a distinctly Nogizaka-like, easy-to-sing vocal line, with no complex pitch jumps throughout the song.
It’s mid-tempo with few long sustained notes, so if you’re aiming for a perfect score, definitely consider adding it to your repertoire.
Your umbrellaKimura Kaera

Kaela Kimura’s “Kimi no Kasa,” released for streaming on October 29, 2025, is the theme song for the film “Sumikkogurashi: The Sky Kingdom and the Two Kogurashi.” Listening to the track, you can tell it’s structured in a way that makes the build-up easy to grasp, and you can sing it solidly step by step in the order of verse A → verse B → chorus.
The chorus does include some high notes, but there’s no need to belt them out.
It’s perfectly fine to use falsetto for the high notes to evoke the gentle world of Sumikkogurashi.
Also, while the chorus may feel high, if you think you’re tone-deaf, you’ll likely find the higher notes actually easier to produce—so sing out with confidence!
LAT,43˚ N 〜Forty-three degrees north latitude〜DREAMS COME TRUE

One of the most popular musical units among women in their 40s is DREAMS COME TRUE.
Although they’ve produced many classic songs, they’re also known for having many high-difficulty tracks, which might make it hard to add them to your repertoire.
That’s why we recommend “LAT, 43˚ N — Forty-three Degrees North Latitude.” For a DCT song, the vocal range is quite narrow, and there aren’t any complex vocal lines.
There are relatively few breathing points, so just be mindful of that when you sing.
Blues in the Closetzutto mayonaka de ii no ni.

A band that has garnered overwhelming support from women in their teens and twenties with its catchy musicality, Zutto Mayonaka de Iinoni.
In this work, the A and B sections are composed of rap.
Because of that, the only challenging part is the chorus; even then, it merely leans slightly toward higher notes, and the chorus itself doesn’t have a wide vocal range.
The rap uses a simple, conversational flow, so if you can match pitch, you can easily aim for a perfect score.
However, since the rap is in a conversational style, women living in prefectures with strong local dialects may struggle with the A and B sections.
Get OverNEK

NEK! is a girls’ band known for their authentic rock sound.
It’s pronounced “Neki.” While many girl bands are indistinguishable from J-pop, they excel at genuine hard rock.
Among their songs, the one I especially recommend for easily scoring a perfect 100 is “Get Over.” The melody is gritty hard rock, but the vocal line is exquisitely soft, making it a track where even those not used to rock can achieve a perfect score.
Things that have formShibasaki Kou

This is Kou Shibasaki’s sixth single overall, released in August 2004.
It was used as the theme song for the TBS drama “Crying Out Love in the Center of the World.” It’s a ballad with a very beautiful melody and a straightforward arrangement, and the vocal range used in the melody is manageable for most average female singers, so I think it’s relatively easy to score 100 at karaoke.
Throughout the song, be mindful to sing with careful vocalization and pronunciation.
