At Mukogawa Women's University’s cultural festival, a variety of events are held, including film screenings and lectures, exhibits by individual seminars and clubs, as well as food stalls and bazaars. In addition, the university’s cultural festival executive committee apparently holds a handover meeting as soon as the festival ends and immediately starts preparing for the next year’s festival. That’s how thoroughly the festival is prepared every year.

Hoshō Festival | Takarazuka UniversitySun, Sep 14 — Hyogo Prefecture

At the Takarazuka Campus of Takarazuka University, students of the Faculty of Art and Design devote themselves to their studies every day. At the campus’s Hoshō Festival, you’ll find events unique to an arts university, such as contests showcasing student works and an andon (paper lantern) light-up that makes use of the art sensibilities cultivated daily, giving the festival a slightly different flavor from typical university festivals.
