Held every October with a different theme each year, the Tohoku Medical and Pharmaceutical University Iyakusai (Medicine and Pharmacy Festival) features a star-studded comedy show on the main stage, along with performances by the brass band, light music club, dance club, and more. The “Yaku-Dai Nabe” hot pot served at the festival stalls is a famous specialty.
