University Festival | Tohoku Seikatsu Bunka UniversityOct 18 (Sat) – 19 (Sun), Miyagi Prefecture
This is a school festival held every year jointly with Tohoku Seikatsu Bunka College Junior College. An open campus is also held, attracting many visitors. Moreover, it’s becoming richer and more vibrant each year. A key highlight is the student-created programs developed around themes based on the university’s educational philosophy.

Hirosaki University General Culture Festival | Hirosaki UniversityFri 10/17–Sun 10/19 Aomori Prefecture
The Hirosaki University General Cultural Festival is held every autumn. It is one of the largest university festivals in Aomori Prefecture because it is jointly organized by the student-run Hirosai Festival and the university staff’s Academic and Cultural Festival. The Hirosaki Gakuin University Festival, held every autumn, features a comedy show on stage as its main attraction. Harvest Festival | Tokyo University of Agriculture (Hokkaido Okhotsk Campus)Oct 12 (Sun) – 13 (Mon), Hokkaido
Hokkaido Okhotsk Campus of Tokyo University of Agriculture is located in the great natural environment of Abashiri, Hokkaido. A distinctive feature of the Okhotsk Campus Harvest Festival is that it’s a school festival “created entirely by faculty and students without inviting singers or celebrities.” True to its name, the festival offers exhibits and events that give thanks to plants and animals, letting visitors enjoy a unique campus festival experience that can only be had at the Okhotsk Campus.
