Known as one of the largest university festivals in the Kanto region, the Hakumon Festival is Chuo University’s cultural festival in Hachioji, Tokyo, attracting around 50,000 visitors every year. Aoi Festival | Tokyo Keizai UniversityFri 10/31 – Sun 11/2, Tokyo Metropolis

This school traces its origins to the Okura Commercial School, founded in 1900 by Kihachiro Okura, a prominent industrialist, and has developed from that predecessor. The Aoi Festival, the school’s cultural festival, is also a traditional event that continues the “Commemorative Festival” held during the Okura Commercial School era.
