The ICU Festival is a campus festival held at International Christian University around the end of October each year. It’s a large event that sometimes draws more than 10,000 visitors. Unlike other schools’ festivals, a distinctive feature is that they don’t invite celebrities. You can really feel their enthusiasm to create the event entirely on their own.
