Let me introduce a Christmas tree craft using foam beads—perfect for holiday projects! You’ll need: a clear plastic cup, foam beads, a clear file folder (plastic sheet), round sticker dots, construction paper, paint, a toilet paper roll, wood glue, doilies (paper lace), an awl (hole punch/pick), a storage zip bag, and scissors.

How to make it: First, use the awl to poke small holes in the cup as guides for where to place the stickers.

Apply the round stickers over those spots.

Next, put the foam beads into a zip bag, add your favorite color of paint, and mix well inside the bag.

Cut the clear file to fit the cup’s opening and glue it onto the rim of the cup.

Create decorations with construction paper and stick them on—and you’re done! Try making it together with your kids!

Pop-up Christmas card

#7 Let's Make a Pop-Up Christmas Card [Popup]
Pop-up Christmas card

How about making a three-dimensional Christmas card that creates a surprise effect when opened? Fold a piece of paper in half, make two cuts with scissors, then crease at the cut sections, and you’re done.

You can also make a single cut and fold a triangular crease to create a part that looks like an animal’s mouth.

If you want a card that pops forward, fold a portion of a prepared piece and glue it in place.

Add a message to the card, and you’ll have a Christmas card that delivers your feelings to someone special!

Nodding Santa Claus

Christmas Craft [Nodding Santa Claus]: How to Make It Using a Paper Cup (For 4-Year-Olds)
Nodding Santa Claus

A craft project with Santa Claus, the star of Christmas, is sure to boost children’s excitement and anticipation all at once.

By attaching facial parts of Santa to a pipe cleaner inserted into a paper cup, you can easily make a nodding ornament that moves thanks to the pipe cleaner’s springiness.

You can also glue red origami to the cup to create Santa’s outfit, and freely draw his face, so kids can have fun making it.

It would make a delightful gift, too!

Christmas color bottle

Let's liven up the Christmas party 🎄💖 #shorts #ChristmasGathering #ChristmasParty
Christmas color bottle

Here’s an easy way to make colorful bottles that are perfect for Christmas.

You’ll need: small lactic-acid drink containers, cellophane tape, origami paper, rubber bands, ribbon, and double-sided tape.

The steps are super simple: fill the container with water, then put some paint into the cap.

After tightening the cap, wrap the container with origami paper and secure it with a rubber band.

Attach a ribbon with double-sided tape, and you’re done! When you shake it, the paint in the cap dissolves and turns the water into a color solution.

Try making your own original bottle with your favorite paints and decorations!

Stained glass-style decoration with lamination

[Christmas Craft] Easy Stained Glass-Style Decorations with Laminating and Coloring!
Stained glass-style decoration with lamination

Why not make stained-glass-style decorations and enjoy Christmas together? First, cut out black outlines in shapes like stars, trees, and hearts.

Once the outlines are ready, sandwich them between laminating sheets and laminate them.

Since the laminator gets hot, be sure to work in an area away from children.

Next, carefully cut around the outside of the laminated outline, making sure the corners aren’t sharp.

Flip it over and draw straight-line patterns inside the outline.

Have the kids color them in with permanent markers.

Finally, use a hole punch to make a hole and thread a string so it can be hung.

The transparency is beautiful, so please display them in various places.

A Christmas card that can stand up for display

[Christmas] How to make a stand-up Christmas card
A Christmas card that can stand up for display

Let’s create a stand-up Christmas card that showcases children’s free ideas.

First, cut two pieces of construction paper into rectangles of the same size.

Cut out the center of one piece like a window frame, and attach it to the lower part of the other piece of construction paper.

Use the cut-out center as a template to cut shapes from construction paper.

Next, decorate with sequins and other embellishments, then glue them onto the paper.

Place the card into an envelope made from new construction paper, and you’re done.

Give this perfect-for-Christmas pop-up card a try!

Peek-a-boo Santa with a paper cup!

[Handmade Toy] Peek-a-boo Santa with a Paper Cup Puppet
Peek-a-boo Santa with a paper cup!

A toy where Santa plays peek-a-boo when you move the straws is sure to keep kids entertained.

First, use a craft knife to make holes in the bottom and on both sides of the reindeer paper cup for the straws to pass through.

Thread flexible straws through the holes, bend them inside the cup, then tape the three straws together.

Cut the left and right straws shorter, and connect them, using the bendy parts as the arms.

Finally, make a hole in the bottom of the Santa paper cup, insert the bundled straws through it, and attach the gloves to the arm straws—then you’re done! It’s a toy with such adorable movements that kids will want to play with it again and again.
