hamburger

Let’s make a hamburger with a no-sew craft—just cut and stick, no needles or thread needed! Besides felt, you’ll use a puzzle mat, double-sided fabric tape, fabric glue, and an oil-based marker—all easily found at 100-yen shops.
For the burger buns, cut the puzzle mat into circles, place some stuffing on top, wrap with felt, and secure with glue, etc.
Then make your favorite toppings like tomato, lettuce, and a fried egg.
Since everything is just cutting and sticking, it’s a craft even small children can enjoy!
finger puppet

Why not try making a cute Anpanman finger puppet out of felt? The part that goes on your finger will serve as the body, so sew the face base onto it and attach Anpanman’s facial features.
For the eyebrows and mouth, it’s better to use short pieces of thread rather than felt.
Use red felt for the body, but since that alone can look a bit plain, be sure to recreate Anpanman’s outfit details and cape as well.
When cutting out the small circular pieces for the nose and cheeks, I recommend using a hole punch.
In conclusion
Felt mascots with a gentle vibe made from simple materials.
It’s a world of handicrafts that people of all ages, from children to adults, can enjoy.
There are plenty of things that even elementary school kids can make easily, right? With cute characters and familiar motifs, you can create all kinds of pieces depending on your ideas.
Give it a try and make your own handmade works full of warmth.
