Spoons stick to spoons.

[Magic Revealed] With a spoon you have at home! Easy! One-shot gag! | Easy Spoon Magic Trick Revealed
Spoons stick to spoons.

You’ll want to have at least one spoon magic trick up your sleeve.

For the trick where one spoon sticks to another, you’ll use a magic prop called a thumb tip that fits over your thumb, a magnet, and two spoons.

Attach the magnet to the inside of the thumb tip, and you’re ready to go! While you’re letting the audience examine the spoon to make sure it’s normal, secretly put on the thumb tip.

Then hold the spoon—magnetism will carry over to the other spoon you’re not holding, and the two will stick together.

If you move your thumb so it’s farther from the joint between the spoons, they’ll come apart, so try adjusting to find the sweet spot.

A drawing of a flower becomes a real flower.

A flower drawn in the middle of a sheet of paper folded into three accordion sections.

When you fold the paper and open it again, the flower turns into a real one—like magic! It sounds tricky from the description, but it’s actually very easy.

You simply attach a real flower to the back of the side where the flower is drawn, and when you open the folded paper, you make sure to open it so that the side with the real flower faces the viewer.

Preparation is simple, so you can do it easily.

Rope escape magic

If you want to amaze your friends with a simple trick, the Rope Escape Magic is perfect.

You only need two items: a string and a handkerchief.

Interlace your fingers tightly, tie both thumbs firmly with the string, and cover your hands with the handkerchief to hide them.

The key is to pull on the string with your thumbs while tying, leaving just a bit of slack.

It looks securely tied, but you can actually slip your hands out.

Fan your hands a little and say, “Whew, it’s a bit hot,” and you’ll start hearing, “Wait, did you get out?” along with murmurs and laughter.

It’s a trick anyone can master quickly—ideal for beginners.

Water comes out of an empty bucket.

Water comes out of an empty bucket.

Some of you may be looking for a magic trick you can learn quickly.

One I recommend is the trick where water comes out of an empty bucket.

For this trick, you use a small bucket, a water balloon, and a pair of chopsticks with a needle attached to the tip.

First, inflate the water balloon and place it inside the bucket.

Then, while making sure the balloon doesn’t fall, turn the bucket upside down to show it.

Next, say you’re casting a spell with the chopsticks and pop the balloon with the needle at the tip.

Finally, pour the water out of the bucket to reveal the trick is complete.

A plastic bag that doesn’t leak even when you stick a pencil through it

[Revealed] Stabbing a pencil into a bag of water!? Dream-like science magic explained [Perfect for a science project]
A plastic bag that doesn’t leak even when you stick a pencil through it

A magic trick that gives viewers a chill: a plastic bag that doesn’t spill even when you stab it with pencils.

In this trick, you pierce a water-filled plastic bag with a pencil—then add a second and a third.

Yet not a single drop leaks out.

The key is to use a polyethylene bag.

Polyethylene actually has the property of shrinking when heated.

In other words, at the moment the pencil pierces the bag, it shrinks from the heat and seals the gap around the pencil.

Be careful: other types of bags will leak.

A glass on a plate

Here’s a magic trick where you balance a glass of water on a vertically positioned paper plate.

First, you demonstrate how difficult it is by trying with an empty glass, showing that placing it on the plate is hard.

Then, you boldly try it again with the glass filled with water.

As the tension rises, it gets really exciting when you succeed—but in fact, it’s a simple trick where you’re secretly supporting the back of the paper plate with your thumb!

The straw that never gets used up

[Magic Reveal] Easy magic kids can do! “The Never-Shortening Straw” [#TryItTogetherAtHome]
The straw that never gets used up

There are five straws in one hand.

If you pull one out, it should become four…

but when you count, there are still five.

Pull out another one and it’s still five.

The mystery deepens, but the secret is very simple: a few gimmicked straws are mixed in.

The trick itself is easy—make a slightly shorter straw with a slit and insert a longer straw into it.

When you pull one out, you remove the inner long straw, leaving the outer straw behind.

You can do this with any number, but around five is easiest to see and count.
