S.P.LThe Birthday

The Birthday is a punk rock band that has been active since the mid-2000s.
Even after the passing of vocalist Yusuke Chiba, the recordings they left behind continue to be loved by many rock fans.
Among The Birthday’s tracks, one I especially recommend as easy to sing is S.P.L.
Its sound, which mixes psychobilly and punk rock, boasts an outstanding voltage.
The vocal lines have a narrow range with few long notes, making it very easy to sing.
Be sure to check it out.
Ms. SeptemberRADWIMPS

A track from RADWIMPS’ third album, “RADWIMPS 3: The One You Forgot to Bring to a Deserted Island,” released in February 2006.
True to the band’s charm of simple, unadorned vocals and singing, the melody is very approachable—perfect for casually humming along.
When actually singing it, try not to push too hard; performing it with a slightly laid-back feel will bring you closer to the original vibe.
That said, even when keeping it relaxed, do your best to maintain solid vocal support!
Play the feedback soundHanbureddāzu

Hambreders, a band that rose to popularity in Osaka’s Japanese rock scene.
They made their major debut in 2020, but before that they spent ten years honing their craft, and their music’s appeal lies in the soulfulness born from that career.
Among their songs, the one I especially recommend is “Let the Feedback Ring.” While it does include some somewhat higher parts, they’re not so high that you’d need falsetto, so most men should be able to sing them without trouble.
The melody has the feel of slightly nostalgic Japanese rock, so the vocal lines should also feel familiar.
Beyond the goodbyeMatsushita Kohei

This is a digital-only single by Kohei Matsushita, released in June 2023.
It was broadcast on NHK’s “Minna no Uta” during the June–July 2023 slot.
Every element that makes up the song—its style, lyrics, arrangement, and Matsushita’s own vocals—is wrapped in a heartwarming atmosphere that makes you feel gentle just by listening.
Because it’s such a tender piece, the vocal melody is crafted so that anyone can hum along with ease.
Please relax, sing softly, immerse yourself in the song’s world, and enjoy.
Be careful not to let your voice or singing become rough.
POISONHotei Tomoyasu

When it comes to songs everyone knows and can belt out the chorus to, “POISON” is the one.
Its intense, straight-ahead groove lets even those who struggle with keeping rhythm power through on sheer momentum.
The key isn’t very high, so even people who aren’t confident singers will be fine!
Don’t cry, Glory Moon.Saitō Kazuyoshi

Kazuyoshi Saito is a singer-songwriter with a refined musical style who’s popular across a wide range of age groups.
You can hardly look at karaoke history without seeing one of his songs.
Among his catalog, the new track “Naku na Glory Moon” is especially recommended.
Its vocal range is narrow and there aren’t complex melodic leaps, making it very easy to sing, with no particularly difficult sections throughout.
It’s especially suitable for men who struggle with high notes, so it’s a perfect pick for listeners in their 30s and up.
OtonokeCreepy Nuts

Creepy Nuts’ new song “Otonoke.” Following “Bring-Bang-Bang-Born,” it’s another hit and has been racking up staggering streaming numbers since its release.
Surprisingly, this track is one of the easier Creepy Nuts songs to sing.
Of course, it has the challenges typical of rap, but it’s not exactly a fastest-rap piece, and the flow is relatively gentle.
Considering how well it would go over at karaoke, it’s definitely worth learning.
Be sure to check it out.
