McDonald’s Chee-Chee Double Cheeseburger / Teriyaki “Luna Chee” EditionSeishiro Kato

LUNA CHEE is a band created to promote McDonald’s “Chee-Cheee Dabuchi” and “Chee-Cheee Teriyaki,” led by Seishiro Kato.
The group is an homage to LUNA SEA, and the song “ROSIER” is performed with lyrics rewritten to evoke the Chee-Cheee Dabuchi and Chee-Cheee Teriyaki.
As an officially approved cover band, their momentum and sexy vibe feel very close to the original.
The commercial features a music video inspired by the original band while intercutting shots of the burgers, and the powerful sound conveys a sense of flavorful satisfaction and exhilaration.
McDonald’s Revival Burgers “Revival Dance” VersionMasato Sakai

This is a commercial promoting Revival Burgers, a lineup that brings back once-popular burgers at McDonald’s.
The spot shows Masato Sakai noticing the ad and enjoying the Revival Burgers; it’s mostly nonverbal, using only comedic movements to convey excitement.
Fitting the revival theme, the BGM is a cover of TRF’s “survival dAnce ~no no cry more,” sung by Thelma Aoyama! It preserves the catchy feel of the original while adding a slightly softer vibe that’s particularly memorable.
McDonald’s Matcha Brown Sugar Syrup Warabi Mochi Pie “Love Everything!” VersionAoi Miyazaki

In this McDonald’s commercial, Aoi Miyazaki eating a Matcha Kuromitsu Warabimochi Pie under a cherry blossom tree leaves a strong impression.
When the man with her asks, “Aren’t you going to look at the flowers?” she replies, “Later,” a perfect nod to the ‘dango over flowers’ theme.
The background music features EPO’s “U, Fu, Fu, Fu,” brimming with a spring vibe.
Both the lyrics and the overall feel are very springlike, making it a perfect fit for this ad.
Gracoro 2019: “Warmth is a reward.”

McDonald’s winter limited-time item, the Gracoro.
It’s a fan favorite, and every year when the weather turns cold, many people get antsy wondering when it will go on sale—one of McDonald’s winter treats to look forward to.
The 2019 commercial for the Gracoro was an animated ad titled “Warmth is a Reward.” It features three working women, each with a properly developed backstory.
Atsuko Maeda, Ayana Taketatsu, and Aimi play the three characters and sing the CM song.
McDonald’s Night Mac: “The Teriyaki Shock” EditionAudrey

Set to the background music of All Night Nippon and featuring Audrey’s lively banter, this is a commercial for McDonald’s Night Mac.
The BGM, “Bittersweet Samba,” is indeed a stylish track that perfectly suits the nighttime vibe.
With the two jokingly chatting about McDonald’s, it really feels like you’re listening to Audrey’s radio show.
McDonald’s Commercial Roundup: A Collection of Ads Featuring Popular Performers (41–50)
Chicken Tatsuta “Being torn is youth.”

Yoshimi Iwasaki’s 20th single “Touch,” released by Canyon Records on March 21, 1985.
This hit song by Yoshimi Iwasaki was used as the first opening theme for the popular anime Touch, which aired on the Fuji TV network, and it’s a tune you often hear in many settings, including Koshien! Above all, the guitar in the intro is super cool, grabbing you from the very beginning, and Iwasaki’s gentle vocals give it a well-balanced pop feel—a timeless classic you’ll want to listen to again and again!
Tsukimi Burger “Father” Version

The Tsukimi Burger is a classic McDonald’s item for the moon-viewing season.
In a touching commercial, a parent and child who live apart eat Tsukimi Burgers while looking at the same moon, and the background music—Kobukuro’s rendition of “Mikazuki”—heightens the emotion even more.
The song is a cover of Ayaka’s signature 2006 hit “Mikazuki.” When Kobukuro sings it, the song takes on a completely different character in a male voice, doesn’t it? This track is included on their limited-release album “ALL COVERS BEST,” which came out in 2010 in a run of 400,000 copies.
