A ghost popping out with nylon gloves

A pop-up ghost that’s sure to delight kids, even though it’s made with simple steps.
Make a hole near the bottom of a paper cup and thread a straw through it.
Next, cover the rim (the drinking side) of the paper cup with a thin nylon glove, secure the edge with a rubber band, and tape it in place.
Stick a piece of paper with a cute ghost drawing onto the fingertips of the glove, and you’re done.
When you blow into the straw, the glove inflates and the ghosts pop out from inside the paper cup.
Adults can inflate it, or kids can blow it up themselves and have lots of fun!
Paper Cup Monster

Paper cup monsters, made by decorating a paper cup base, have no complicated steps, so kids can enjoy making them.
The process is simple: just decorate the cup with a ghostly face.
You can stick on googly-eye stickers from a dollar store, or use pipe cleaners and washi tape to make facial and body parts and attach them—simple tasks that make it easy to keep trying new craft ideas.
Display the finished monsters somewhere they can be seen every day!
In conclusion
We’ve shown lots of ghost-themed crafts—did any of them catch your eye? They’re all projects you can complete with materials you have on hand, and many of the ideas are easy to adapt.
We hope you’ll give them a try! Enjoy them with your child, or during craft time at daycare or kindergarten!
