In this commercial focusing on the history of tower construction around the world, the recreated scenes of towers under construction are fascinating.
As Takeru Satoh rides an elevator, he looks through binoculars at towers humanity has built in pursuit of greater heights.
A five-storied pagoda, the Eiffel Tower, and Tokyo Skytree all make appearances.
In the final scene, a levitating woman suddenly appears, indicating that the goal has shifted from building towers to reaching outer space.

Starting with a scene from 1937, when America’s Golden Gate Bridge was constructed, this is an Obayashi Corporation commercial.
In the first half, amidst people celebrating the bridge’s completion, a young girl anxiously wonders, “Will it really last forever?” and Takeru Satoh replies, “It will.” The setting then shifts to the present day, showing Satoh walking across the Golden Gate Bridge.
It introduces that Obayashi handled the bridge’s seismic retrofitting, while also conveying the company’s philosophy toward craftsmanship.
