Kida Taro

The composer of the Kani Douraku theme song is Taro Kida. In the Kansai region, Kida is also active on variety shows and is affectionately known as the “Mozart of Naniwa.” In addition to Kani Douraku, he has composed commercial jingles for Kansai-based companies as well as municipal and school songs within the Kansai area.
