Easy Card Magic for Beginners (1–10)
A self-working trick where four Aces and four Kings come together

Cards divided into four piles.
By shuffling those cards a few times according to a certain rule, before you know it, all the top cards become Aces and all the bottom cards become Kings—it’s a fascinating magic trick.
The setup is simple: stack the four Aces and the four Kings together and place any random card on top—then you’re ready.
As long as you follow the procedure correctly, anyone will get the same result, so this is a recommended trick for beginners in card magic.
Drawing the four aces

A magic trick where you riffle the cards, have the spectator say “stop,” and then use the two packets at that point to produce the four Aces.
It looks great and feels truly mysterious, but it’s actually simple to master once you memorize the steps.
All you need to do is preset the top of the deck in a specific order! That said, to keep it from being noticed, you’ll need natural hand movements and good patter, so practice a bit before performing it.
A card trick anyone can do

This is a magic trick where, by casually creating a stack of eight cards, you can determine the spectator’s selected card with simple arithmetic.
It’s a reminder that magic requires patter and subtlety: by placing the chosen card on top of any number of cards, you can make it appear exactly at the position that matches the number of letters in a magic spell.

Find your chosen photo instantly

A magic trick where you instantly find a card chosen by the spectator from the deck.
In fact, it only requires a single bit of setup, making it a very simple and attention-grabbing routine.
Recommended for those who are just starting out with card magic.
Cards of the same type gather together.

A magic trick where cards that were shuffled end up grouped by the same number.
It seems mysterious, but the secret is very simple: before starting, place all four 3s at the top of the deck.
With the cards face down, deal four cards and have the spectator choose one.
Return the remaining cards to the top of the deck, then continue placing cards from the top.
At this point, the three remaining 3s are at the very bottom, and the chosen card is also a 3, so in the end they all come together—that’s the method.
Fully Automatic Card Trick

Is it the spectator themselves who finds the chosen card? This fully automatic card-finding trick belongs to a category of magic called “self-working magic.” “Self-working magic” refers to tricks that will always succeed if you follow the steps in order.
The fully automatic card-finding trick uses a 52-card deck with the jokers removed.
First, shuffle the cards and split the deck in half.
With two piles on the table, ask the spectator to choose one.
Thoroughly mix the chosen pile and have them remember the top card.
Return the card, then place the other pile on top.
From here, have the spectator deal the cards one by one into four piles.
When the dealing is done, turn all piles face up and keep only the pile that contains the remembered card.
Deal that pile again into four piles in the same way, and discard the pile that ends up with one extra card.
When you’re left with three piles of three cards each, discard the top and bottom card of each pile.
Finally, stack the remaining three cards in order, then discard the top and bottom cards.
If the last card left matches the one the spectator first remembered, the trick is a success.
Only the selected card appears face down.

It’s a common card trick where you have someone choose a card and then reveal it.
When you spread the cards out, only the chosen card is face up and stands out.
The secret is that you start with just the bottom card of the deck reversed.
While the spectator is looking at their chosen card, you flip the deck in your hands, which reverses the orientation of all the cards.
When you then insert the chosen card into the deck, it ends up being the only card face up when you spread the cards, making it appear as if just that one card has flipped.
