Card Prediction Magic (1–10)
A card trick where the cards split into red and black

Have you ever wanted to perform a magic trick and amaze everyone? This one is especially popular with women and has been getting a lot of buzz.
With just a simple setup, it looks almost like real magic—why not give it a try? First, set up the deck by arranging the cards alternately red, black, red, black.
After setting it up, don’t shuffle the cards, because shuffling will mix the reds and blacks; just do cuts.
In this trick, the cards end up neatly separated into red and black, and you’ll even correctly identify the card your spectator chose—an amazing effect! Practice a few times so you can perform it smoothly.
A magic trick that predicts how many cards the spectator will take

Have a spectator cut off an arbitrary number of cards from the top of the deck and set that packet aside in a case.
Then, deal more cards from the top of the remaining deck and have the spectator say “stop” at any point.
Now, take the cards you’ve dealt and separate them one by one into two piles.
Turn over the top card of each pile, add the two values together, and that total will match the number of cards initially set aside.
The secret is simply to pre-arrange the top 27 cards of the deck in a specific order before you begin.
As long as you follow the procedure, the trick will work.
However, you’ll need false shuffles and false cuts that look like mixing but actually retain the order.
With a bit of practice, you’ll get the hang of it quickly.
Guess the card chosen from seven playing cards

It’s a magic trick where a card is drawn, its picture and number are checked, then it’s returned and the deck is shuffled, and you name which card was chosen.
In the finale, you claim that the card placed on the spectator’s hand is the chosen card; even though it should have been a different card, it has changed, creating an additional moment of surprise.
The key lies in how you mix and hold the deck after the card is returned: you maintain the card’s position by creating a break with your pinky, and control its location with techniques like turning over two cards at once when you flip them.
If the shuffles or turnovers look awkward, there’s a risk of being discovered, so it’s crucial to be mindful of your finger movements and keep firm control of the cards.
Ultra-simple Trump Prophet

A magic trick where the card case predicts the card chosen from three options.
In fact, there’s a simple setup: each of the three cards has its own prediction pattern prepared in advance, so you can respond correctly no matter which one is chosen.
It might be a great way to kick off a little magic routine and get the audience excited.
Guess the card’s position in an instant

Have the spectator choose a card, return it somewhere around the middle, then cut and mix the cards.
The effect is that you can tell exactly how many cards down from the top their chosen card is.
The method is to stack a set of cards numbered from 1 to 13 on the bottom of the deck beforehand.
When the chosen card is returned, you cut the deck so that it ends up just under the Ace at the very bottom.
Then you appear to mix the cards face up; when a Heart appears, you stop and replace the cards, allowing you to backtrack and determine how many cards from the top the selection is.
Simultaneously hit the top card of both decks.

This is a very simple magic trick once you know the secret: you’ll name the top cards of two piles at the same time.
First, let the spectator freely shuffle the deck.
During this, secretly remove one card and hide it in your hand so it can’t be seen.
Take back the shuffled deck and casually place the hidden card on top.
Next, have the spectator cut the deck into two piles wherever they like.
First, name the value of the card you had hidden, then take it back into your hand without showing it to the spectator.
While doing so, confirm what that card is, and then say that same value as the top card of the other pile.
Finally, with a bit of showmanship, reveal, “The top of this pile is this card, and the top of that pile is that card,” making it look like you’ve correctly predicted both with magic!
A prediction magic trick you can do by remembering just one card

You know those scary predictions like “A massive tsunami will hit Japan on such-and-such a date!” right? I don’t really believe them, but to be honest, I actually find those kinds of predictions frightening.
Setting those scary prophecies aside, here’s a simple prediction magic trick anyone can do.
Using the exact number of cards your spectator casually chooses, you land precisely on a single card—and what a wonder, it turns out to be the card that was predicted in advance! As long as you remember one card when you spread and display the deck, anyone can perform it.
Be sure to show it off at parties, school festivals, or year-end gatherings!
