Masaki Suda’s shining eyes as he rallies the family—saying adventures bring you closer—are a delight, and above all, Yoshinori Okada might just be perfectly cast as the dad!
USJ ‘Japan’s autumn lacks excitement. Come on, head to the Super Energy Zone!’

Celebrating its 20th anniversary, USJ adopted the slogan “No such thing as limits”—in other words, “NO LIMIT!” In line with this, they launched a project spotlighting attractions that let you scream your head off and blow off stress, such as “Halloween Horror Nights,” dubbing the area the “Super-Energy Special Zone.” The commercial that aired for it features Masaki Suda, titled “Japan’s Autumn Lacks Stimulation—Come to the Super-Energy Special Zone!” The message to “feel the thrill” pairs perfectly with the heavy metal original track.
The fusion of Suda’s passionate narration and the music really makes you want to head to USJ, doesn’t it?

This commercial depicts a couple with a young child who have just gotten an annual pass to USJ.
Many parents will relate to how they say they bought the pass “so our child can discover what they love,” all for their child’s smile.

USJ “Frenzy Spiral”

Here’s the USJ “Frenzy Spiral” commercial.
The striking Japanese rap that grabs your ears is actually an original track made just for the ad.

USJ Super Energy Special Zone NO LIMIT! Christmas ‘RED HOT CHRISTMAS’ Version

The commercial “RED HOT CHRISTMAS,” aired to coincide with the Christmas event, features Masaki Suda fully enjoying USJ.
An original song captures the excitement of experiencing a wide variety of attractions.
The first half has an organ-like timbre evocative of Christmas, while the second half shifts to a pop sound that still retains a festive feel.
The contrast between the two halves is another highlight to listen for.
USJ The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: ‘A grand magical tale to celebrate the holy night—now begins.’

The Harry Potter series is beloved around the world.
Not only are the original novels popular, but the film adaptations—starting with 2001’s Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone—are, needless to say, hugely successful as well.
At Universal Studios Japan, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter area opened in 2010.
And naturally, the commercial featured “Hedwig’s Theme,” the main theme from the Harry Potter films.
Its adventurous melody really stirs the imagination—it’s truly wonderful.
USJ: Alright, Uni-Spring! 2021 — “This isn’t a spring that will end like this.”

USJ’s commercials sometimes feature songs by up-and-coming rock bands, and the spring 2021 ad “Kono mama owareru haru janai” also uses a track by a young rock band from Hokkaido.
The song Kore de Iinda is performed by the three-piece band KALMA, whose unadorned vocals exude a real coming-of-age vibe and are incredibly appealing.
It’s not just the singing that stirs the heart with youthful energy—the instrumentals are fiery, too, and listening to them is downright exhilarating!
