They leave the arena, zip through the city, and arrive at a Y!mobile shop.

This is the Y!mobile commercial “The Girl Who Leapt Through Time” featuring Mana Ashida.

The CM song is, of course, Tomoyo Harada’s “The Girl Who Leapt Through Time,” released in 1983.

It’s a documentary-style ad where a reporter confronts Mana Ashida—about whom there are hushed rumors that she’s actually older than her years due to her composure—asking, “Aren’t you actually 60 years old?” It’s incredibly rude, but calling a teenage girl 60 is such a huge leap that you can’t help but laugh.
