Here’s an easy Halloween wreath craft perfect for 4-year-olds! You’ll need colored construction paper, a hole punch, yarn or twine, pipe cleaners, glue, and decorative stickers.
How to make it: First, cut the colored paper into a donut shape.
Use the hole punch to make holes in the paper.
Thread your choice of yarn through the holes like a spiderweb.
Next, make spider legs with pipe cleaners, draw a spider face on paper, and glue it onto the wreath.
Finally, decorate the wreath with your favorite stickers, and you’re done! Give it a try with your kids.
Plump-plump pumpkin
https://www.tiktok.com/@niconico_mama/video/7286861792049958146Here’s a cute idea for a pumpkin decoration with a plump, round shape.
First, cut black construction paper to make the facial features.
Next, prepare about 15 thin, long strips of orange construction paper, stack them, and punch holes at both ends.
Thread both holes onto a pipe cleaner with rounded ends, then twist the pipe cleaner to secure it at a point where the paper curves slightly.
Shape the extra length of the pipe cleaner to look like a vine.
Spread the paper strips out to form a sphere, and finally attach the face pieces to finish.
You can display it as is, or hang it as a decoration—it’ll look adorable either way.

We’d like to introduce a Halloween craft where you can make unique ghosts just by tearing and sticking paper.
First, prepare a large sheet of white drawing paper or poster paper.
Cut several colors of construction paper into large pieces in any sizes you like, then freely paste them onto the base.
Once they’re stuck on, layer two round stickers of different sizes to make the eyes.
Draw the mouth, and use scraps of colored paper for the hands and feet to complete lots of cute ghosts.
Sticking small stickers and tearing construction paper will also help improve fine motor skills.

Kids love getting absorbed in activities like tearing paper, don’t they? For this Halloween craft, children glue torn pieces of origami paper onto a pumpkin base prepared by the teacher.
Interest in actions like tearing and pulling paper tends to grow around age two.
Even if they can’t tear into small pieces yet, they begin to manage larger tears, which broadens the fun.
Incorporating this into crafts is highly recommended as practice for fine motor skills—children can enjoy the process of making something while developing dexterity.
Resist-Dyed Painting Monster
https://www.tiktok.com/@hoiku.labo/video/7154285808294382849It’s fascinating how paint repels the colors of crayons and pastel crayons, isn’t it? For this project, let’s draw on drawing paper using light-colored crayons or pastel crayons.
When you paint over your drawing with paint, the crayons or pastel crayons repel the paint, and the picture you drew pops out as if by magic.
It’s a perfect, magical craft for the Halloween season, so please give it a try.
We recommend it for children around 3 years old and up!

Here’s a Jack-o’-lantern craft idea using a paper plate and yarn.
Cut out the inner circle of the paper plate, then punch evenly spaced holes around the edge.
Make a loop at one end of the yarn and tape it to the top of the plate; thread the other end through the holes in any pattern you like.
Create a pumpkin face from construction paper and candies from colored film, then decorate the plate and yarn with them.
Your Jack-o’-lantern is complete! Hang it on the wall by the yarn loop and enjoy.
Ghost made with cotton balls

Playing with and crafting using cotton engages the senses and provides great stimulation.
For this project, roll the cotton into balls and glue them onto construction paper, matching the outlined shapes.
Once finished, you’ll have a three-dimensional Halloween craft.
Please note that it takes a little time for the glue to dry after sticking the cotton on.
After the glue dries, add faces to the cotton to complete the project.
You can also paint the cotton with colors to create Halloween characters like pumpkins or spiders—sounds fun, right? Display them on the wall to boost the Halloween spirit!
