Their highly freewheeling lyrics—unbound by either Japanese or English—and their knack for catchy melodies are helping them grow their profile nationwide from their home base in Nagoya.

Marking their 10th anniversary, they launched their own label, Gutz Ball, further cementing a distinctive presence that’s drawing attention.

With explosive, audience-unifying live performances, they’re a rock band you won’t want to miss.

Hailing from Seto City, he wrote many songs from their indie period through the time just after their debut, and this debut single from 1994 was also composed by him.

After leaving Kuroyume, he continued his artistic activities under the new name Shin Suzuki.
