wallet

Let’s make a cute wallet you can use for pretend shopping! First, fold the origami paper in half.
Then fold it in half again to make a square and unfold it.
Fold both sides in toward the crease you just made, as if making new creases toward the center.
Next, make small triangular creases on both sides of the unopened end of the paper, then open those areas to form a house shape.
Turn it over, fold both sides toward the center, and fold the white parts on both sides into small triangles.
Do the same on the other side.
Finally, on both sides, fold the white parts toward the colored side—and you’re done!
magic wand

I’ll show you how to make a magic stick that pops out an accordion fan with a quality you wouldn’t believe is made only from origami and colored paper.
It’s a magic stick that releases a realistic, full-fledged fan—so convincing you won’t believe it’s just paper.
When you push the rod up from the bottom, the accordion-style fan opens out in a circle.
Of course, it can be used as a toy, but it might also work as a simple handheld fan.
At first glance, the process looks complicated, but if you follow the steps, it will come together nicely.
If you give your finished creation as a gift, it’s sure to delight.
flower bracelet

Try making an origami bracelet with a single flower! Fold the origami paper into a triangle and unfold it, then create the belt portion while leaving the triangular section intact.
Next, make a slit in the center of the remaining triangular part and shape it into a flower.
Fold in the corners to round them for an even cuter look.
Finally, stick a round sticker in the center of the flower, attach rubber bands to both ends of the belt to form a loop, and you’ll have a bracelet that’s sure to delight any child who loves cute things.
Compact

A girl’s dream: a sparkly, cute compact for makeup.
Let’s make a cute compact motif with origami.
It’s a realistic bi-fold design complete with a mirror and puff.
It can be used for pretend play, so girls will love it.
Give it a try! Once you’ve prepared origami paper in your favorite color, start by folding the compact body.
The body can be made from a single sheet of origami.
After the body is done, make the mirror and puff from separate pieces of paper.
When everything is finished, stick on decorative stickers to the lid’s surface and the puff’s handle to complete it.
princess dress

A girl’s dream: a colorful, fluffy, sparkling princess dress.
Why not try making, with origami, the kind of dress worn by princesses we admired in picture books, comics, and movies? It turns into a fully three-dimensional, authentic-looking dress, so once you finish, it would make a lovely gift.
You’ll create the bodice and the soft, voluminous skirt separately, each from its own sheet of origami paper.
You can make a dress inspired by a popular character, or fold your own original design using your favorite colors and patterns.
[3D] Tulip

Here’s an introduction to a three-dimensional tulip that’s perfect for spring origami crafts! Prepare one sheet of origami paper for the tulip flower, one sheet for the leaves and stem, and a bamboo skewer.
Since we want a 3D finish, shape the tulip flower so it puffs up like a balloon.
Cut the sheet for the leaves and stem in half, and use each half for the respective parts.
Use the bamboo skewer as the base for the stem by wrapping it with origami paper.
Make one long, large leaf.
Glue all the parts together to complete it! It’s also recommended to make several and arrange them as a bouquet.

chick

Let’s try making an adorable peeping little chick! As you fold, the key is to gradually remove large corners to create a round, chick-like look.
Then, just add small wings and you’re good! For the eyes, beak, and feet, feel free to use round stickers or draw them with a pen.
It’s also great for Easter decorations, or as part of decorations celebrating school or kindergarten enrollment.
Play around with the size and color of the origami paper, and create lovely decorations featuring your chick.
